As a Platinum member I thought the hotel was good but not great. You have a wonderful location and some great friendly staff . The room was wonderful with lovely sea views. But little things let you down. It is the 1st Accor hotel that forced me to have my welcome drink on the day of arrival and not anytime during my stay, why? You did not replenish my complimentary drinking water each day why? No welcome message left from the GM why? You made me feel like a number not a special guest. However after negotiation I was allowed a late checkout. It's the little things that make a hotel special not just the rooms and view!

We experienced a long wait to have our room. The room was ready, yet they made us wait without an explanation. We were given no instructions on how to use the elevator, TV casting system didn’t work, instructions were insufficient. One small tiny soap...offensive and extremely cheap. Hair dryer over heated, we ask for a replacement, it took hours to obtain it. We are ready to have breakfast, we’re told is not included, even though we did pay the extra amount during check- in. An impossible explanation was given, overall a really terrible customer service experience. Two people in the room, we were only given one key. Everything has been mediocre and lacking of basic standards. At checkout we explained the person in charge that the service has been terrible and his excuses were absurd, basically he made us responsible for not have asked for the extra key, the extra soap etc... The hotel is nice and comfortable but it needs a lot of improvement on how to deal with guests.

Good decision to have 4 nights to get over jet lag before touring the rest of Chile. Lovely beachside walks and restaurants. Great rooftop bar for views and sunsets.

The overall experience was very nice with the exception of one detail. My room's AC was apparently defect. This cause great discomfort.

The hotel was , in general ok. The Pool área it was really full of propale, y Here is Nothing you. Can do About it but it wasnt as expected The tomo was ok but the tb didnt conect yo internet.what I really disliked was that the bed was not well Made and in the bathroom there wasnt towells for the face or hands (only body) Those are Small tahonas to improve I would defenitely come back

The experience was good but, I forgot some clothes in my room and I couldn't get it back. I called several times to the hotel and I sent a mail too but I didn't have answer. It should be in the room but as I didn't get any answer I don't know what happened to it. I'm not happy with the service in that topic.

I didn’t enjoy your hotel or customer service. I booked a sea view room- which overlooked the parking lot. Not worth an extra 90 dollars if you ask me. I had to come to guest services daily (sometimes 2x) to reactivate my keycards. The WiFi barely worked. The TV in the room did not work the first day. The person who fixed it when we were out smelt so bad our room smelt for the next day. Overall I regret spending as much as I did on your hotel.
