I had a very nice experience overall. The location, the room decoration. The only comment, which by the way is a minor detail, is that service during breakfast was a little slow because all of the measures that have to be taken into account for food to be served in a healthy and sanitary fashion. Now, the absence of food ammenities in the refirgerator, I guess is caused to avoid the handling of any food whatsoever.

The experience in the hotel is always good, the staff is very friendly, installations are super clean and good location. Gym and Bar were closed because current situation.

The hotel has direct access to a modern, new, upscale shopping center. Drug store, small open air coffee shop a one minute walk from hotel hall access.

The Cleaningness: pillows smell sweaty , we found alive bug in the room(manager has the photo), the shower and sink drain were clogged. To our surprice a facial tissue is not a standard in this hotel, they only provide them for suits, same thing with a magnify mirror. The restaurant quality and service very unpleasant , we had breakfast tree times and since the first day we could not get a fray egg the way we ordered,, nothing special just a fryed egg( sunny side up) and finaly last day, we where the ONLY customers and in stead of bringing the order for the two us, after waiting 30 minutes they brought our order for ONLY one person.

The grounds were beautiful but when it was time to check in I had a few issues that they were not willing to fix for me. I was told during check in that my breakfast was included in my stay but later found out that it was not. No one was willing to help out with that issue

I literally booked the hotel bc of the rooftop pool and the attachment to the mall while the mall experience was great the pool was horrible I was never told nor did I read on the website before booking I would need a swimming cap on there website it shows a female in the picture of there pool with no cap I mean who wants to take pics with a cap on anyways so The lady at the bar upstairs tells me I need a cap I said it didn’t say that on the booking she says it says it on the rules and points to the rule board I tell her yea I see it now after I’ve paid for my room and not brining my own swimming cap as iam a swimmer I actually have some she says no worries we can billed u one to the room at this point I was so mad I left I go to Colombia for buisness at least 1 a month very disappointed

Since I arrived it was a hassle trying to connect to the internet, it is almost impossible to believe that it is a very complicated process and NOBODY takes care of it. Later on, when I tried to take a shower, the mixer did not work so, it was good for a minute, after that so hot that felt your skin burn and later on very cold, I asked for this to be fixed 3 times but it was not.

I definitely enjoyed my stay there as far as the security and cleanliness of the hotel being honest I did not care for the mattress that I slept on pillows were great comforter was good the TV entertainment was not good for English visiting customer like myself unable to enjoy watching TV in the room tried to change the preferences in language did not help whatsoever once again the mattresses for a so-called five star hotel was very dissatisfied and uncomfortable to sleep on at least for me, I found your staff especially you're bellhop Santiago to be the most asset to me personally was extremely helpful in communication not only in English but in Spanish also and being extremely willing to help me in all those regards highly recommend you give him a raise, I found your food in the hotel to be very unsatisfactory and found myself having to venture out to the streets of meta-gene to be able to find quality food so I do not recommend eating at the hotel or the mall attached to it I do recommend seeking food in the city at the quality recommended restaurants
