Very pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Airport Schiphol ... friendly staff, beautifully designed rooms ... double glass against the hustle and bustle of the airport ... shuttle bus right in front of the hotel ... coffee and tea available 24 hours ... when I would fly again from Schiphol early in the morning, I will definitely stay here again ...

I’m member of Accor Chain Hotels and during a years I stayed in so many of them worldwide. But this one is my best I ever stayed. From design of the room to modern lobby area. Good stuff and excellent location for quick trip to Airport. I work for Airline and now I will reroute all my trips through Amsterdam just because of this place. Excellent service .

A good base for Amsterdam City

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and used the hotel as a base for our trip to Amsterdam. The free shuttle to and from Schipol Airport was useful and quite effeicient. It was good to be able to escape from the noise and bustle of the city, even though it meant travelling back and forth each day.The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good value, but the hot food was NOT hot. I understand that they have since put this right.

The hotel is very clean, modern and welcoming. We spent 3 nights, using the shuttle bus to go back and forth to the airport to access trains and buses to the city.

I stayed for one night before flying home the next morning. Very pleasant stay. Clean, fresh and new looking with a great amount of effort towards being green! My only slight complaint was that there was no vegan option on the menu. It would be 10/10 otherwise!

The hotel itself is rather pleasant and rooms can be relaxing, based on previous experience(s). However, as a loyal "ACCOR customer" I did not feel welcomed and appreciated by the staff. Small gestures make a big difference....... For example; I specifically requested for a quiet room and was assigned a room that appeared to be the opposite of being quiet.

Lovely Hotel perfect for Schipol eraly flight!

A quite new addition to the Ibis range around Schipol airport, it's very nice, large rooms, perfectly kept. Reception team friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service is indeed very good. Only remark is that it goes thorugh all the IBIS hotels (which is understandable, of course... nothing wrong about it!) but it stands to reason if you go airport-Ibis-Ibis Budget-Ibis Styles, you just go straight to the airport from Ibis Styles: on the way from the airport the shuttle stopped 5 minutes at every other Ibis before moving on to Styles (don't know why, given there was no one to wait for: all passengers were ready to step in when the bus arrived...) and the same on the way back (though not for so long!) The funny thins is that, on the way back to the airport, there were two buses at the very same location... so that our driver decided to move on... guess it needs some better coordination!

Fairly easy to find. Could park my car sufficiently close to the hotel. Staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Very good place to stay if you need to catch an early morning flight.

So the hotel was great, the room was comfortable, everything was perfect... But for some reason, I get all of your survey emails, check-in notices, and advertisements, but I've never once actually gotten my speedy check-out receipt and I have to email afterwards requesting it. What gives?

Every time I stay there, I'm extremely impressed by how clean the facility is. But more impressed with the customer service, this time especially. I forgot my passport and tickets in my room. I did not realize it until I was already at the airport. Armon at the front desk was so kind to secure them for me, and then when I drove up in a taxi, he brought them to me before I could even get out of the Taxi. Ibis Stylist is definitely my hotel of choice when traveling through Schiphol Airport.

Most of my dissatisfaction comes from my lack of research when booking the room. I assumed that the “Styles” option would be better than the regular Ibis, but I found no benefits to it. The twin beds were very, very small in my opinion. A room of this size would’ve better been suited for a large double bed, in my opinion! I was also surprised how much longer the shuttle took to get to this property, seeming very impractical. The hotel itself looked wonderful though. Amazing decoration with a lobby with amazing atmosphere! I really enjoyed the fact that there was a shop to buy any amenities needed! However, this shop was missing USB adapters: selling a cable but no USB sockets when the rooms don’t have one seems like a backward step. The night staff was quite nice and very helpful!
