Guest room is nice, big size and clean. Facilities are good. I’ll give 8/10 for location since it’s not so convenient to walk at night. All staff is very nice, polite, helpful and friendly.

The things that made me disappointed with the hotel (and hence, only 6/10 scores) were the shower and wifi though. The water became hot and cold and hot and cold again and again all the time even though I didn't do anything, which was very annoying and uncomfortable. I think it had something to do with the water pump. And for the wifi, it only worked in the living area but not in the bedroom. And do you know that it is not possible to use the hairdryer in the bathroom because the electrical outlet doesn't match the hairdryer plug? A hotel staffer acknowledged that there was that issue for some time, but the hotel never fixes it for some reasons (i.e., money). He instead told my wife to use the hairdryer with another electrical outlet somewhere else in the room instead because "that's what other hotel guests do". This is definitely not how international hotels fix their problems, not with this attitude. The decision to close the restaurant during lunch and dinner is also a bad decision. Yes, I saw the GM's note blaming the hotel owner and citing Covid as a reason. But Covid is not a logical explanation here because you can still open the restaurant for breakfast. That's the time when the restaurant is most packed. It's money issue again, I guess. The owner doesn't want to pay restaurant staff to standby when he knows only a few customers would have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. I am one of those few people who want to have an easy lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant, but I just can't. Not the end of the world, of course. But it's not what I expected from a Novotel either. What else? Curtains are a bit dirty. Parking spaces are not sufficient. The hotel doesn't feel like a Novotel but an iBis, because the lobby is so small perhaps. Maybe this will change with the other half of the hotel is constructed. I don't know. But these are small issues.

Very nice hotel in a good location. We stayed in one of the executive rooms. It was very comfortable and spacious. My only gripe was the lack of wifi in the bedroom.

Stayed here for a night before travelling back to BKK. Very nice little hotel with great staff. Only downside is no lounge, however this was not an issue when the staff knocked on the door and delivered a tray of complimentary welcome drinks. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

I called to asked before booking a room that you have the connecting room and your staff confirm it's available. So I booking directly with your staff and call to confirm again before I go to the hotel. On the check in day, I found that I didn't get the connecting room. Then I called to the reception and they checked and help to change the room. It took about an hour and I have a baby who need to take a rest. Also in the new room I found a clogged toilet. T T

The hotel is well decorated. The reception is nice. Check-in / check out process is quick. The room is clean and nice. However I do not like the shower room as it has no hanger for towel. We need to hang the towel on the rain shower, and it turned wet all the time. Breakfast is good. Location is quite close to city if you have a car.
