Hotel is isolated, other than a shopping mall 10mins walk away. Not much benefits for Platinum members, except a “room upgrade” to include a 1X2m balcony. No welcome gift, no club lounge, one restaurant. Staff was great though.

Too many mosquito

The overall facility is good. However, I requested high floor which did not offer. I put at the Ground floor which the corridor is dark and the room and garden with lot of mosquito. Can't sleep well.

The room is clean and overall hotel is very new. It is located at a convenient location with mall and eateries nearby. The only regret is that the hotel does not have smoking rooms.

good location. Just that the lift access card is of no use for security purpose. Anyone can just walk up the staircase to any floor without requiring a guest access card. Please look into having access card for the doors leading to staircase

Great stay at the Novotel Chiang Mai

The Novotel is located close to the Maya shopping centre just of the main road to the old city. It’s a short walk to two market places where you can enjoy local cuisine and cheap beer at the closest. Excursions can be booked from the hotel as can taxis to the airport. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a well presented restaurant. Our room was modern but no storage space so you live out of your suitcase.
