Stayed here for one night and was upgraded because of accor plus benefits. Rooms are great (especially the suite) and comfortable. Staff is friendly and service is excellent, both at lobby and in restaurant. The restaurant was only open for breakfast (which was a buffet one with plenty of choice), but I had dinner in the lobby cafe and it was excellent. Can recommend the food there for 100% and again, staff were very friendly. The location is decent too, not far from the old quarter lake, and with plenty of cafes and restaurants arounds at walking distance. I stayed here for one night, doing some work, but would recommend this hotel and location for tourists as well. Good value for money, especially with accor benefits and during current times.

The sink does not drain, and the button in the sink could not be moved for water drain. This is my 2nd time having this experience at the hotel.

I am a regular cutomer of Movenpick Ha Noi and always happy with your services. But last 3 times staying during 25 Oct until 5 Dec, I notice the pillow cannot make me well sleep even I tried to adjust all pillow in many ways. I strongly confirm this because I recommend 2 of my friends stay during 2-4 dec and they all feel the same that cannot sleep well due to the pillow. One of them is regular customer of Melia hotel and he said he sleep very well with Melia Hotel. I would like to recommend you to check this problem.

It was my last night in Vietnam as I was departing the country for a new job. The staff in this hotel is super amazing and very supportive. They were kind enough to ensure I had a fast check in, nice room with special welcome amenities and even took care of my personal requests. High detailing to the safety measures in rooms , reception and in restaurants increased my confidence. I had a great memorable stay with such a wonderful team of dedicated and friendly people around. They truly make the difference. Wish all the best to team and hotel. Will definitely love to comeback.

The hotel's great location is already popular as it is located right at the heart of hanoi, on a beautiful, quiet street with decent walk distance to Hoang Kiem lake. This is not my first time to stay in here, however, this time, I had some experience with the hotel's staffs and I need to say that they were amazing. In fact it was an incredible story during the peak of the pandemic Covid 19 I happened to travel to Hanoi and unfortunately i was stuck due to domestic airlines stopped. But during these 100 days the hotel became more than home and all the staff be more than family. From the GM mr Nicolas to every staff were took care as family from the food , hospital visits , arrange transportation words will be short to explain how much it was valuable and supportive. I can assure that no where I could experience such home and family when you away

I was in Hanoi on business but the city went into lockdown So I had to remain in the hotel most of the time and conduct my business online There was brief meetings on site but most of my time was in the hotel room - the GM - Nicolas Josi and his team were excellent in keeping me supplied with great food and beverages

I stayed 11 nights at Mövenpick Hanoi, everything was perfect. Very friendly staff always ready to make us feel important. Very good breakfast buffet and a la carte option. Super central location. Everything was perfect, strongly recommended .

There are problems in internal processes. Employee's behaviour was too bad. I've always been here because of the convenient location, but from now on, I will never stay there. What a terrible experience!
