Although it was a shame we visited in difficult times due to the in going Covid19 situation we received a friendly and efficient welcome. The room was spacious and well appointed and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to both the airport and major roads. I found it helpful that the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the car rental return point, so we could check in, drop our luggage and then return our car without needing to go to the airport to get the shuttle bus. We did have a problem with our reservation (my fault) and I was really impressed how it was resolved with a quick telephone call, which was greatly appreciated.

Nobody answers the phone even when the emergency function was used which forced me to go down to the reception to try and get help. The heating was not working , and I was told that there is no technician on duty .I asked for a heater ,and was told that there is no heater . Was only given an additional blanket ! To pay 350 SF for such a lousy facility is something I never experienced before . On departure I wanted to use the time table given to me by the hotel ,and the driver said that he is not going as scheduled ,and that he was told that the next ride for the airport will be the next scheduled departure . Only after I raised hell he agreed to depart. As I said what a shame ! That’s how one gets appreciated for loyalty ....

The hotel was absolutely lovely, but I was very disappointed with how a certain issue was dealt with.. Before my travel I booked 2 rooms and received a confirmation, on arrival we were given three rooms even though I showed them my confirmation.. on check out they charged a further £300 for the extra room, even though i booked directly with Accor and I had a paid confirmation they didn’t care. This was very embarrassing and I would not use Accor again unless this issue is dealt with..

Had to wait for a long time at check (priority check in was not staffed) Forgot a shower gel in the room, called 3 times to see if housekeeping had found it. Every time I was told “we will call you back within a few minutes” but no one ever called. That’s very disappointing

I need to return to Geneva one night March 9 th, It's my anniversary ,I saw rate is 220€ I saw cheaper rates ,(like 98-110€) but I missed booking. Can you honor me a discount just for this particular case please? Let me know, I can't pay the 200 rate.

I am a very frequent visitor (almost weekly). My general experience is that the check-in and check-out experience is very slow. Rooms are always of a very high quality - clean and well maintained. I would like it if the hair dryers were improved in the rooms. I like that you have moved away from the small cosmetic bottles in the rooms, but it would be good if you could provide large bottles of separate shampoo, conditioner and showergel.

After an initial clash the hotel management over the turning off/lowering the air cooling in the rooms which caused me to not sleep for a few nights in a row, the team here have been brilliant. I am treated like a real valued guest and they ensure I am always in the same room where they know the air cooling is effective. The team make the difference all round; I am a frequent guest - 3 weeks a month on average.

The stay was good. I was upgraded however to a room that did not have the heater working. I told the reception and they offered another room but smaller. I finally stayed at the initial room thinking the heater was working again only to discover it was blowing cold air. The heater was not inspected the day after and no one fixed it up. I come quite often and always enjoy my stay.

I had a wonderful stay with the Movenpick -- a very warm welcome upon check-in (minimal wait), an unexpected upgrade to a beautiful spacious deluxe room, with large windows, and a relaxing cozy visit in the room. I love staying at the Movenpick Geneva when I visit the area. It is wonderfully located - next to the airport and <10min walk to the tram, and easy access to Geneva surroundings. There is always very friendly, efficient staff, who know how to make the whole stay feel pleasant and comfortable. For me, a nice breakfast selection is key to a good start, and I love having the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. I also look forward to the opportunity to dine at Kamome, and greatly appreciate the freshness and high quality of the food/service there.
