The Hotel facilities are nice and perfect for a family. The service anyhow was really bad especially in the Tropicana restaurant. We needed to wait every day minimum 2h for our food. (sometimes the food never came) Drinks where not there.. Very bad experience

While the booking experience was catastrophic, our stay was amazing. Our villa was very comfortable, the premises lovely and the food good. The only issue was the waiting time for the meals (1 hour for a pizza and fries).

We stayed in the villas--they were fabulous! We don't normally pay for villas, but we got an upgrade and thank you for that! We are considering purchasing a membership for your hotels in Asia. We were so very comfortable in the 2 bedroom villa. The bed and sheets were extremely comfy! At one point, I locked myself out accidentally, and a polite and helpful handyman nearby called for a front house person to help me back in. The head chef was polite and friendly. The buffet (we had purchased the breakfast/lunch buffet options) was very good. The biggest complaint we had (as did a few other guests we overheard in the Tropicana Restaurant for lunch) was that the Tropicana Restaurant employees were slow to respond. The tables were not cleaned off in a timely manner and I had to move dirty plates out of the way in the Tropicana. Again, we didn't eat lunch until around 1:30pm, so it wasn't as busy. The food at lunch was a set menu. We thought we were getting a lunch buffet each day, but it was only 1 day of our stay, and 3 of the 5 days were set menu or limited buffet in the Tropicana. Again, the staff were friendly, it was just SO SLOW! It took over an hour for our set menu lunches two days in a row--we felt bad for the staff, but it didn't appear that they were so busy and it appeared that they had sufficient staff on hand, so not sure what the problem was? The German Beer House was slow as well--they forgot my beer at the tap, so I had to retrieve it after waiting outside at a table. The spa was great. The ladies were wonderful and receptionists in the spa were kind and considerate; they even brought my children juice drinks when they arrived after our massages.

Clean room in beautiful villas, great rope park, nice inside children playground, nice swiss restaurant, great water slide for kids and adult, lovely chocolate hour, friendly stuff, great breakfast, clean towel on the beach, nice electric buggy, Negativ:kids menu was expensive, service in the tropicana restaurant was very bad I waited for water for 45 minutes and for food for my children for an hour and a half.( every night it was same).One day I ordered food for room.I waited 2 hour for food be delivered in the room..Specially it was easy food to prepare for kids.

It was one of the best hotels we were in. Children were not bored at all for the whole week - many things to do, great kids club, rope center, toboggans, many pools.. Facilities were clean, staff very helpful. The only problem was with waiting time in the restaurant at the beach during lunch (but when the food finally arrived it was great).

There was not enough staff to provide a F&B experience that you would expect at Movenpick. waited for over 90 minutes for a lunch to be delivered. Drinks are insanely over priced and there is no pool service , it's shame as this seems to be due to management not staff response. needs work. we were warned of this issue before we came by many other guests

We have stayed at Movenpick Cam Ranh twice and are happy with the resort and services generally. However, the resort was busy so the foods take a bit too long. One time, it takes 3 hours for a takeaway pizza. We wish the beach can be better cleaned up with dried branches from the ocean.

The villa is well set up with delicate interior decoration. All rooms in villa are in wonderful condition and comfortable. Service staff are well-trained and professional. The kids are thrilled about the water games and other out-door games at Swiss Village. However, meals are not up to the level of 5-star hotel. I assume it can only be 3-star level. I have request room service and the food is not good enough. The added mark for the resort is the staff who are very professional and friendly.
