It was a nightmare .. long check in Bedroom very small Alarm ring at 4 am no apologize at all No one for check out at 6am Breakfast open at 6:30 am No more for me ..

I have checked your reservation and can see that your room was ready as soon as you arrived at 12 noon and your room was upgraded from the deluxe to 1 bedroom suite however we didn't meet your expectation. So on behalf of the team I am terribly sorry. In regards to the alarm which went off at 4am in the morning, once again I am sorry that it did disturb your rest. However I do hope you understand that this is automatically systematic which will activate when something is not right. My stay was pleasant, the resort has water slides which is very unique and the kids love it. There is chocolate hours every afternoon instead of tea which kids enjoy as well. I’ve upgraded my room to Deluxe Seaview. The room is good except that the balcony glass is quite dirty as the rain squashed in, giving me a feeling that this room is not housekept frequently. I stayed for 2 nights and had dinner there as well. The Vietnamese buffet is actually lack of Vietnamese signature dishes for example bánh cuốn, bánh bèo, bánh bột lọc, even the sweet is generally Western. The other night I had dinner at Tropicana Beach Club, the Western menu is quite ok, the food tastes nice, except for the fact that I have to wait a very long time, and I think the 2 tables next to me feel the same.

Check in and check out staff members were pro and nice. Other staff members also had a good attitude during my stay. The villas were clean and well equipped. The only (-) was the dining issue. food order via room service was slow. The food menu and the food quality @Tropicana were well below the standard and expectation. Hope the hotel could improve this upon my next stays.

The place is nice, beautiful location with the beach and pools. The staff are friendly. But the food in Tropicana is not good compare with its price. Need to be improve a lot. The mocktail is good Temporary of Air condition in my room cannot be set (can set the temperature but the real temperature don’t change)

Service wasn't good. Too expensive food & not abundant menu in Tropical Restaurant No comb in room, asked Service but still not received. Take long time to check-in &out . Receptionist called for Visa card number to recharge but called from her personal number .

Check-in did not satisfied me with a lady checking my family temperature with a not good attitude, she even did not say hello or welcome while approaching us. The staffs were nice but still seem not professional, even when I called to check some information . Sorry to say, we spent 3 nights in Intercontinental Nha Trang and found the difference between staffs. However, the rest of our stay were outstanding with Movenpick. Morning buffet & kid playground were amazing, also the kid pool. The room was also well-decorated with impressive welcomes. The beach is one the most beautiful I've ever seen. We will come back. Movenpick Cam Ranh is nice resort for family with children. We can enjoy the fresh air, very large room, new facilities (swimming pool, play ground, kid clubs, waterslide, daily activities, etc.) It take 10 mins to get there from Cam Ranh international airport. There are 3 restaurants with the delicious food at the resort and some seafood restaurant near by <cầu mới=&quot;&quot; (=&quot;&quot; new=&quot;&quot; bridge)=&quot;&quot; area=&quot;&quot;>. The room price is acceptable. To conclude, Movenpick is the best choice in term of you need a peaceful place to relax compare to other resort in Cam Ranh and other coast area in Viet Nam.

The resort was in proximity to the airport and away from the bustling Nha Trang city so it was an ideal escape from the crowd destination for us. F&B facilities were partially recovered so the dining choice were limited. But the engagement and the hospitality of the waiter and waitress at the Tropicana outlet were wonderful and we thanks them tremendously. On our second dinner, we observe that one of the waitress patiently went through reseting all the table top set up that some of the playful children messed up a moment earlier on the outside dinning area. All done with a smile and true hospitality spirit. Also, the life guard team at the beachfront were fantastic. We had so much fun with them every single time we head down to the beach for our entire stay at the resort. Simply put, I cannot thanks them enough for making 200% effort to make us feel so welcome, relaxed and share with us the wonderful memory at your beach. Sadly, we could not say the same for your Front Office team and it was the key turn down to our experience which would otherwise had been perfect. In plain word, we did not feel welcome at all upon check-in ( it was not even crowded, there was only us and another customer on a different desk at check-in), simple hello, how are you was not even presented. It was all rush through the paper work and monotone read through of facilities without even confirming if we would like any further information. In my honest opinion, even my worst enemy should show up at my door step I would show them greater hospitality than what I received that day. And then on the check-out, we requested for pick up assistance from our villa and 30 mins wait, no help came. Given the time constraint, we walked to the lobby midday which is OK no problem. But then, again at the front-desk we experienced zero hospitality. No effort on checking how was our stay, no wishing us a safe travel. Not even a hope to see us again soon. All the attention was spent on asking us to wait so they can check the room to which I said we waited long enough and the resort already have my credit card detail so please do not focus on the unnecessary. In all, our arrival and departure experience were bitter. The rest of our stay were wonderful and one again we would like to give a huge thank you to the team at Tropicana restaurant outlet and the lifeguard team at the beachfront for they really exemplify the core definition of hospitality and their interactions with us made our stay so joyful and full of loving memory. Normally, I would not giving such a lengthy review but it was due to the resort being new and it just so wonderful apart from that slight issue with the front office team that clearly can be fixed with additional attentions that we really hope to improve the resort experience for future guests.
