The hotel is close to the beach which has a nice path with lots of restaurants. Nice (small) pool and a good fitness centre with sauna and steam room that I used. There were limited other facilities and the rooms definitely need updating. The bed is hard and uncomfortable.

in general i was satisfied with my stay. however, would like to mention that the bed and pillows were not so comfortable. the matress was too hard. as i was staying for a night only and arrived late, did not want to call for change. Also, showerhead was very old and small. I waited for hot water , for more then 5 mins each time. you may consider to replace it with better ones.

The only thing that can be considered as a problem was the central heating system. The weather was cold but it took too long (about 20 minutes) for the heater to open up.

Your hotel has a serious need of refresh especially rooms with obsolete furnitures along with an urgent change of mattress. The only positive thing is your restaurant where quality food is excellent. I had the opportunity to call your chef and tell him how good he was. Movenpick hôtels chaîne is a reputed of excellence but unfortunately yours does not reflect it.

We were in Izmir over New Years Eve and after changing rooms we were totally satisfied. We had great food, nice restaurants within the hotel and enjoyed great service. We visited the swimming pool and sauna every day and were very satisfied with it. Too bad we didn't have any more time to try massages and fitness.

Very good location, friendly staffs, only issue is...no heater but air conditioner in winter...that is a big surprise...maybe that is common in turkey?

Breakfast-buffet should have more choice of hot meals. Rooms look a little bit old-fashion

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review of our hotel! We are sorry to hear that you didn't find our breakfast satisfactory. We were a little bit surprised to read your comment actually. I want to inform you that we used to buy our bakery products from outside but now we have a baker in the hotel. He came at 5:00 am in the morning just to cook fresh breads, croissants and pastry for the breakfast. Also we offer 6 hot meals at breakfast(scrambled eggss, sausaages, rosti, borek etc.) and it changes everyday. Also we ask our guests their egg or omelette choices. If you want to eat something different or special at breakfast you just ask our staff, they’d be happy to meet your expectations. We informed our F&B manager about your comment. Please be assured that your comments are taken seriously and will be fed back to the relevant heads of department for their attention.
