Basically a good experience although sometimes felt the administrative part of the hotel not working properly: room key not working second day, room not cleaned first day, seems system not aware we stayed 2nights while payed via the booking etc etc.

Room: upgrade and free drink granted for Platinum member Restaurant: bad food, bad service Airport shuttle: basically not working, had to wait one hour in the morning and receptionist said that cannot contact them by phone Business center: there is one with three PC's. Only one works, printer out of service (no ink) Overall: not a great experience, what has become out of Movenpick ?

Meals were served on the terrace only which was full, also with people from outside, with no chance to dine for hotel guests as I was declined seating. I went to the reception desk where the situation was corrected. Restaurant service was a mess that night, with repeatedly forgotten orders, used equipment all over the cashier desk etc. Much better the next day with another crew

I booked my reservation via the loyalty card (all Accor), when I checked in I didn't receive any privilege as a loyal guest. Moreover the receptionist was rude and gave us a room that the lock was not functioning!! However the room was spacious as I saw in the website while I'm booking.

Clean, comfortable, and a very nice staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Nice outdoor restaurant for dinner, when you don’t want to go back into the city.

Stayed at the hotel with family and really enjoyed the stay. Front desk was courteous and acknowledged me as a silver member. Room was comfortable and meals were good. Location / access from public transport was an issue ( since nearest bus stop was 10 min walk away) which wasn’t easy with kids. Hotel could have a shuttle bus to address this issue.

Hi I came to stay one night before flying for my holidays My experience was very disappointing Restaurant service was long One member was rude and level of quality was insufficient for a hotel of this level Room was too hot and air conditioning was non existent Room 628 please avoid and eventhough the price of the parking was offered I’m sorry but I have to make remarks

We were really looking forward to our brief stay with you. 6 people, two rooms. The air conditioner did not cool sufficiently and I am not one to like cold air conditioning. So your air conditioner has to be terrible for me not to like it. Staff was pleasant. Cleanliness was good. Beds were small and decor outdated. No shuttle from airport and no response to my email requesting instructions as to how to arrive from the airport. Obviously, we figured it out but you might have supplied a boilerplate response to my email. It was our first trip through Zurich and such niceties go a long way. Lastly, the breakfast was a complete disappointment. Wish very much I hadn’t bothered to pay for them.

Well located for international travelers

We stayed after our international arrival and before our return each for one night. We like the restaurant good food and good service. Getting to and from the airport is not as easy as it used to be. It is based mostly on taxi, occasionally by payable airport bus.

for the price you get a room, was to hot and not really able to cool down, parking is pricy for one Night. Very convenient how close the Hotel is to the Airport.

Air con not working and understaffed

My room was hot and despite having the air con in my room on it never cooled down. Several of my colleagues on the same floor (10th) had the same issue. Also their aren’t enough staff. Those that are working there are great but rushed off their feet. Please invest in more staff rather than be the usual stereo type of taking over a business and immediately cutting costs/resources.

The temperature in the room may not digress more than 7 degrees from the outside temperature. This is an environmental assignment in Switzerland. Due to the very high temperatures in the last weeks, we understand that it was of course really warm in the room but it was not a technical problem with the air conditioning.
