Das Hotel ist zwar mit 23 Stockwerken eher klein im Vergleich zu den Nachbarsgebäuden. Während es früher wohl mal direkt am Strand lag, ist es durch eine weitere Häuserzeile in die zweite Reihe "gerutscht". Trotzdem ist der Strand nur ein kurzer Fussweg (etwa 2 Minuten) entfernt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das ausgezeichnete Restaurant und das gepflegte Fitness/ Spa! Das Personal immer freundlich und stets dienstleistungsorientiert. Ein sehr gepflegtes, wenn auch nicht mehr ganz neues Hotel mit einer offensichtlich guten Führung. Sehr empfehlenswert

I have also noticed your feedback about the service in our hotel. I would really appreciate it if you would consider providing me with more details about your experience so that I may personally follow up. My direct contact is Am… We also would like to inform you that in our hotel we don’t have an option of a full online check in. Due to country regulations for the safety and security of our guests, an in person check in is required with proper identification. I have, however, personally spoken to the relevant department head to see how can we improve our service, and make sure that we always provide check in in a timely manner. Dear Mr. M., Please allow me to reply in English. Thank you for taking the time to review us following your recent visit to our hotel. I am so sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. It was brought to my attention that you have booked with us one for room, and you have stayed with your wife and two kids (1 & 3 y.o). Upon check in our colleagues asked you if you would like to have an extra bed, however you declined it and mentioned that your kids will share bed with you. After check in our colleagues placed baby crib to your room. Thank you also for your comment about bathrobes. I would also like to let you know that we are always happy to provide bathrobes and other room amenities which can be requested through our guest call center. As part of our Covid protocols, extra amenities were removed to avoid the touching of these items by other guests. Everything is easily available with a quick call to our friendly staff. It was also brought to my attention that our colleagues have placed bathrobe and extra amenities to your room without even request, as they have noticed that you have stayed with your family. As well room was cleaned as per all room cleaning standard. I am sorry that you felt otherwise. I was also genuinely sorry to hear about your comment of having an issue with the bathroom and air conditioner and I do apologize for this. I wish we could have been informed about the issue you experienced so that our colleagues could assist you and make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. I also do see that the Internet was an issue. Just to avoid misunderstanding, I would like to let you know that as our pool located on top of the road and can be used by other people, we have created an additional network with a password for our guests in house to make sure that the speed of internet connection remains high. I am so sorry that this was not communicated with you properly. I can assure you that the care and comfort of our guests is our number one priority. The high levels of investment make it a premium holiday location as the local government is working hard to create a world class destination that meets the needs and desires of a wide spectrum of visitors. Der Urlaub war zusammen mit einer Freundin gebucht worden. Wir sind morgens um 8 Uhr angekommen, Check-in war aber erst um 14 Uhr, uns wurde angeboten gegen Aufpreis zum Frühstück zu gehen und dann mit etwas Glück um 10 Uhr schon ein Zimmer zu bekommen, was dann auch möglich war. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und reichen vollkommen für zwei Personen aus. Mittags sind wir dann an den Pool, der leider schon ziemlich voll war, da es einen begrenzte Anzahl an Liegen gab. Weshalb man manchmal leider kurz warten musste, bis man eine bekommen hat. Der Strand ist ein öffentlicher Strand und an einer Baustelle vorbei zu erreichen. Vom Hotel kann man sich Handtücher geben lassen, wir waren aber nur sehr kurz am Strand da die Hitze dort ohne Sonnenschirme sehr extrem werden kann. Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen war immer sehr lecker und das Personal immer sehr bemüht einem weiter zu helfen.

We would like to inform you that we are trying our best to maintain the safety and health of all of our guests and maintaining mandatory social distancing has reduced the number of sun beds available. Therefore during the busiest times, we may have a short wait at the pool area. Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the lack of umbrellas on the public beach. We do not advertise that we have a beach, but we do our best to provide our guests some assistance to enjoy their time at the beach by offering towels and a beach bag. I have also noticed your comment about the beach passage. Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control as it is not our property or walkway. We instruct our guests to use the public beach access just a block away to avoid this area. This path is nicely paved and clean. I am sorry to hear that this had an impact on your stay. I am happy to know that you had a memorable dining experience with us. Talk Restaurant is a great place to be spoilt with attention and delicious food presented by our chefs and we make every effort to ensure your expectations are exceeded. I see that the Internet was an issue, and I would just like to let you know that we recently completed significant upgrade of our network and delivered lightening speed internet for our guests. Some of our guests are using VPNs that slow down the speed of connection, so this may be the issue. If this is not the case, we would greatly appreciate your feedback so that we may identify the problem and fix it. I have also noticed your rating about your satisfaction with the Accor Loyalty. Just to avoid any misunderstanding, I am sure you realize as a Classic member, all loyalty soft benefits are always given to those members who book on the approved loyalty channels. Booking with a third party does not attract any of the ALL loyalty benefits, or points. Should you like to enjoy the normal benefits given to our members, please do book directly with Accor.com and Accor approved channels. We would much rather give you the value of the benefits instead of the third party. We really appreciate and value your feedback and I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel as our loyal guest to enjoy all of the soft benefits available to you. Mein Aufenthalt betrug eine Woche mit Frühstück und ich war sehr zufrieden. Selbst beim Frühstück wurde super auf die Hygiene geachtet. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat alles funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Meine Abreise war um 5:30 Uhr morgens, auf Anfrage habe ich eine Lunchbox mitbekommen, damit ich wohlgenährt nach Hause fliegen konnte. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen, ich war sehr zufrieden.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Reise der Hammer! Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Sowohl zum Strand als auch zum spazieren ist die Lage toll. Das preis leistungsstarke Verhältnis stimmt vollkommen. Das Essen war immer sehr lecker. Die Sauberkeit und Organisation im Hotel sind klasse! Es wird sehr auf die Hygiene Standards geachtet, was ich in diesen Zeiten auch besonders wichtig finde. Auch wenn Gäste darauf hingewiesen werden, z.B ihre Masken anzuziehen, bleibt das Personal immer höflich und freundlich. Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und würde es jedem nur weiter empfehlen!

Erstmals bei einem Dubai-Aufenthalt gebucht. Attraktiver Preis, gute Lage am Walk, Zimmer ausreichend groß, sehr schönes Bad mit extra Dusche, sehr sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig uns gut.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und besonders die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ohne Suresh aus dem The Talk Restaurant wären wir auf all.accor.com aufmerksam geworden. Schon während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir somit Punkte sammeln. Das war klasse.

Kurz gefasst das Frühstück war schrecklich und mager...das Essen was man bezahlen musste war aber gut ! Der Pool war zu klein und die Arbeiter nicht hilfsbereit

Positiv Das Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Frühstück war traumhaft, eine riesen Auswahl, alles frisch und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Bette sehr groß und bequem. Der Service äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Negativ Leider ist kein eigener Strand verfügbar. Der Pool ist eher weniger eine Alternative, da nicht so schön gestaltet, klein und zurzeit eine riesen Baustelle keine angenehme Atmosphäre bietet und die Sonne raubt.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ganz guten Lage , der Strand ist leider öffentlich ist aber ganz schnell zu erreichen. Schade das direkt davor eine sehr große Baustelle ist. Auch der Strand ist nicht ganz so schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und meinst zuvorkommend . Manche von Ihnen sind aber sehr Aufmerken. Das Büfett ist mit reichlich leckeren Speisen ausgestattet. Für jeden was dabei. Sauber ist es auch. Der Concierge Mr. Balla*, hat immer sehr gute Tips gegeben und immer Hilfsbereit. Wir haben leider überteuert bezahlt. für ein 1000 Weniger würde ich sagen, ist es zu empfehlen.
