The staff was super friendly, and the location was great, the rooms were nice, but the AC unit was very old and was difficult to use.

The hotel was nice and clean. The food was good and the customer service was even better. The only problem I had was my key card wasn't working. And I had to go to the front desk twice for that problem. But the price was very reasonable and was well worth more.

Relaxing stay. Nice spacious well furnished clean room. It has a balcony overlooking Dubai Eye. Wide swimming pool with amble space for hotel visitors. The hotel has access to JBR beach. Large restaurant on the second floor with reasonable breakfast. Self service buffet. Covid safe environment. Efficient staff. Immediate response to maintenance when needed. Almost 400 meters from Dubai Tram station, which is connected to Dubai Metro Marina station. Sports cafeteria on the ground floor with large screen to follow football matches.Billiards table available. My total stay was okay but I have met some discomfort. The check in was fast and acceptable, while the checkout was messy to some extent may be because it was checkout and check in for my new reservation. The reception officer booked from my credit card larger amount than normal, almost triple the normal reserve, and at the same time debited my card for the first stay with almost 350 UAED more and said he will settle the expenses of both my two stays at the end of my second stay. This is unprofessional behavior. In addition, at the sports cafeteria, the waiter needs training on serving bottled drinks.

All good, sauna happened to be smaller than expected and the personnel working around the pool is being slightly rude sometimes. But all in all good hotel.

I stayed for seven nights, we had to call on numerous occasions to chase up food service/ stroller use and drink orders. Wasn’t very efficient. Also on the last day they misplaced our luggage for over two hours to ruined the last day of our trip. Hotel wise, nice - however, pool area very congested even with COVID measures and I had to tell a few guests to keep their distance on sun beds etc. There were also quite a number of very apparent sex workers that used the hotel bar as a pick up area - which is fine if that’s what you’re there for but I was staying at the hotel with my family. I would not reccomend to those travelling with families. All in all, yes great location but that’s where it stops. Hotel very dated, service quite slow. Would pay a little more next time and stay elesewhere on JBR.

I also have noticed your comment about your check out experience. It was brought to my attention that our colleague misplaced your luggage. I was also informed that your luggage was in a car which was parked in our hotel and you luggage did not go to the airport. I am, however, glad to know that our Assistant Front Office Manager met you in person and explained the situation, as well as provided to you late check out until 6pm and assisted at the pool area. I have also noticed your comment about your check in experience. It was brought to my attention that you have booked with us superior room with king size bed, and unfortunately there was no room available upon your early arrival. Just to avoid a misunderstanding, standard check in time in most hotels is 2pm. However, when the hotel is not full, we always do our best to accommodate early check ins when the booked room category is available. Unfortunately, being in the high occupancy period now, we have not had many rooms available for early check ins. I am so sorry as I appreciate how coming off a long overnight flight can be tiresome. I am, however, happy to see that my colleagues provided you a room at 10:00am. Thank you for your comment about hotel. We have been working with our owners on a plan for improvement in product. I do see that the Internet was an issue, and I would just like to let you know that we recently completed significant upgrade of our network and delivered lightening speed internet for our guests. Some of our guests are using VPNs that slow down the speed of connection, so this may be the issue. If this is not the case, we would greatly appreciate your feedback so that we may identify the problem. I am also truly sorry that you found our prices for rooms a little bit expensive, however I can assure you that our prices offer the best value in an international branded hotel in the Jumeirah Beach area. Very well located hotel 5 min walk from Marina Tram and 15 min walk from Dubai subway. May restaurants & bars around. Hotel itself is nicely decorated and includes a comfortable outdoor pool. Room was large and included a nice balcony with partial view see. Bed was very comfortable. Among things that might be improved is the lack of coffee machines / boiler which should be a standard in such hotel. Breakfast was good with a large choice although breakfast area was too small during rush time. Hotel staff was efficient & Friendly although the check-in might have been faster especially since already checked-in online. More staff may be dedicated to check-in for late arrival since the last time you wish after 10 hours trip is to wait 20 min for check-in on arrival (especially when arriving at midnight).

I have noticed your comment about the coffee machine. Just to avoid a misunderstanding I would like to let you know that we do have coffee machines in our hotel which are placed in our lovely Executive & Family Suites. We also do have sanitized kettle and coffee and tea selection in each room. I have forwarded your feedback to relevant head of department, to make sure that we have a visible note where our kettles are placed. I am sorry this was not well communicated. I am also happy to know that besides the size of the restaurant you enjoyed the daily breakfast in our Talk Restaurant. We also have a lovely outdoor sitting area for breakfast, however most of our guests prefer to sit indoors. Thank you for acknowledging the level of service provided by our team. I have also noticed your feedback about your check in experience. I apologize for the unusual experience you have encountered with the service in our hotel. We would like to inform you that in our hotel we don’t have an option of a full online check in. Due to country regulations for the safety and security of our guests, an in person check in is required with proper identification. I have, however, personally spoken to the relevant department head to see how can we improve our service, and make sure that we always provide check in in a timely manner, especially for late arriving guests. Thank you also for your comment about Cleanliness & Hygiene measures in our hotel and for this I apologize. I can assure you that we are trying our best to encourage all of our guests to follow the safety protocols that have been implemented to maintain the safety and health of all of our guests during these unusual times of the pandemic.
