Clean,good location,room was small for 3adults and hand baby,executive lounge was not open however the benefit was moved to soul restaurant where the service was outstanding by the lady(Omunna?) who dedicated to her area and to her guests. Thanks Mr Gabor

I had stay for 4 nights in Movenpick JBR! I know the hotel from very long time and prices is all the time the best for the guality! Location is the best for tourists, on JBR they may find Any kind of cuisine, also there is THE BEACH, with great atractions , from the shopping till the Water Park on the sea! I’ve liked a lot that even if there are multiple nationalities working for the hotel, the services were excellent! Room was cleaned everyday, as expected. Food was delicious, and doorman was always opening the hotel door and even the taxi door for my wife. Well done!

Excellent stay, rooms are clean the service overall was exceptional. Any issues are dealt with very quickly. The team in the Talk Restaurant and Soul Restaurant along with executive lounge staff were brilliant. Especially Hazel, Andrea, Winnie and Rahul were brilliant on point with recommendations from the menu and during a 21 day stay they remember the little things that make the experience a more home away from home experience. Also at the front desk Karen was extremely helpful for all things. The Gym facility is excellent along with the fact you can have one of the best ice creams in the world. Great hotel would recommend for both business and pleasure I will certainly be booking it for my next business trip, the internet service and access is excellent. If you like to go out to eat you are very close to the JBR beach front with some of the nicest restaurants and for me there are plenty of coffee places.

I am also concerned with your feedback about dispensers with sanitizers in our elevators. Due to the current worldwide Covid pandemic, the safety and well-being of our guests has become our number one priority. That is why we always make sure that all areas in our hotel have sanitizers and we check all dispensers every half an hour to ensure that they are full. Just to avoid a misunderstanding I would like to inform you that some our sanitizer dispensers are touchless and some of them are manual. it was my second time in this hotel and was disappointed with the breakfast quality and offering compare to what it used to be. The water pressure in the bathroom isn't good.

We had spent one week in your hotel. You gave us ideal room with perfect view. The meal in the Soul restaurant was very tasty, especially for my daughter 2 years old. Your hotel staff are very friendly and kind. The swimming pool is big and warm. Good location but it`s a pity about new building in front of the hotel. But in general everything was great! I stayed with my wife and baby for 1 week in the hotel. We spent a long time analysing the hotel offers in Dubai, and finally decided to book Movenpick, as we assessed it as well located, high value for money with excellent reviews. We were very happy with our choice, as our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very well placed in the middle of JBR, with lots of shops and restaurants around, and the public beach is just a few minutes walk away. The staff is attentive, the ambience is cozy and relaxing, the services are high quality (room service, gym, spa, swimming pool, etc). The facilities are very often sanitised which is important aspect these days. For my birthday I received a nice cake, ice-cream and a kind greeting card. The water temperature in the pool was perfect 30 Celsius degrees, comfortable even for our baby. The life-guard was nice and attentive, even brought us some toys, which was highly appreciated. It is in fact the small details and attention, that made our stay an outstanding experience. Finally I'd like to thank warmly for the Customer Relation Officer, Kuma, who was providing great support for us, and helped with the booking of a group of friends whom I convinced to come to this hotel. We look forward to coming back to Dubai and staying in this very pleasant hotel again!

The hotel location was really nice although the room view wasn’t full seaview but in general was good and the staff was friendly
