I would like to thank all your staff especially Laxmi for providing me with excellent service during our stay. Everything was perfect even though we are going through a pandemic, i never felt the service was compromised. On our last day Laxmi suprised us with a cheesecake which was very thoughtful. Me and my partner will definitely be letting all our friends and family know where to stay in Dubai.

I like everything. Thank u for ur good services. But one thing only: I think it's much better if u have a door connecting parking with the hotel inside. Cause every time they told me to walk out the parking & enter from the main entrance! .. That's the only negativety it has. However, great hotel to stay in that area!

It was nice time in the Movenpick Jbr, amazing location, friendly staff who is always very helpful. Hotel provides towels for the beach for free, what is also good, also they don’t require to leave deposit during check -in. WiFi Speed is good and you can watch YouTube easily. We really enjoyed the stay. Warm welcoming by Ms Harisha(if I'm not mistaken) Room was very nice. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to have breakfast but we were able order the delicious food from the room service, staff very polite (special thanks to Ms Mary). Of course i have to mention the House keeping staff doing Great job - All safe procedures well followed. The pool attendants are friendly. Thanks to Mr Aris for the smooth check out. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Date: 10-Oct-2020 To whom it may concern I am the guest Mohammed Nabil A. Jordanian blogger just came to visit Dubai for some business purposes and decided to be close in distance with my partners so I booked a room in movenpick JBR hotel since it has been recommended from the best snapchat blogger in UAE for hotels Mr. FEX . I have arrived on 01-Oct-2020 then I came up to the hotel reception so I introduced my self that im blogger and came for business and this hotel been recommended already so I would like to have a great staycation while am doing my business but unfortunately the below points were happened with no excuse 1-the receptionist told me that you have no booking in this hotel while I am pretty sure I have booked in JBR branch and I have an urgent meeting is coming up soon and I spend 25 mints discussing the same issue and after all when I told him I am in hurry and would like to book a room here then went to my room number 2306 so I could prepare myself for my important meeting . 2-i received my luggage after an hour and after many complains and following up . 3-i surprised that when I got to the bathroom to get a shower that there was no water to get the shower , so I called the reception again and again 3 times then after 20 mints the responsible person has came and said that we have an issue in this floor and he will come back within 5 mints and the door was kept opened for for 30 mints , after 30 mints I called the reception again and told them the issue I had and am still waiting to the responsible person so Mr. Morad the receptionist has apologized and wanted to change the room so I can go to my meeting on time and not being late anymore after all . But unfortunately I lost my meeting for that time and reschedule another meeting due to the same. 4-The gentleman morad has changed my room and shifted me to room No. 1309 and I told him that if the producers will remain the same and I will face any other issue let me know so I could change my address here to different hotel and share it with my business partner so he promise me that everything will be fine and nothing will happened again . 5-i was really hungry and tired so I orederd a meal on 3:00 AM and told them i am tired if the food will be late so I will cancel the order they said no it will not be late and we appreciate that you are tired but unfortunately the food was late till 3:30 AM , after I have done eaten slept at 4:30 I was really disappointed . 6-next day I woke up at 12:00 PM and went to the swimming pool where Mr. Rami the assistant office manager because I already request him to meet me, he has apologized on behalf of the hotel a management and he would like to make me a discount while I rejected and told him I already shared my hotel location to my business partner and I wish I will see a great service. 7-same day I was taking a shower when the bathroom floor has drown with full of water because there was no stop panel in the bathroom the shower box and the water has reached to the room and outside corridor and I filled down due to this issue , so I called Mr. Rami and told him what happened and he send me 5 persons to clean the drown water in my room , and he told me that they are really sorry and they need to change my room again because of the same issue but I refused and they have temporarily solve the issue . 8-after all these issued happened I have rented an apartment outside and stayed there for 5 days when Mr. Rami called me and asking me while you are not coming to your hotel room . 9-on 09-Oct—2020 I came back to the hotel with some friends and partners while I am carrying my clothes and have seen Mr. Rami in the hotel and told him that am not sleeping here anymore and just came to change my clothes , I surprised when I reached my room that the room was kept not cleaned and as it is since I left and nothing been changed even the bed cover is still dirty , I called him again but he told me that they came already yesterday and cleaned the room but unfortunately the room was not cleaned at all and even Mr. Rami was surprised . 10- today is a 10-Oct I just came ti the hotel room and I was outside I have seen the room was cleaned properly and everything is find with a complimentary flowers on the bed and Mr. Rami keep contacted with o whats app and need to fix everything happened. Please appreciate the above since the same has really impacted on my business and my tourist plans and spend too much money for being inside and outside the hotel. And note that I have all videos which been captured by mobile and all complaints conversation as well Anyway thank you im going to check out now where that was not a good expericnce In such a 5 stars hotel .

It was very good, however the pool was extremely crowded compared to the current situation we are in and the corona virus.

we were upgraded to a nice room with a nice view, we enjoyed the happy hour at the bar and the relaxing poolside shisha even though the beautiful pool side view was not there anymore due to construction, will definitely stay there again for a staycation.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Check in and all services were done very fast. One thing I dislike, there is no coffee corner. We enjoyed the stay at Movenpick.

Good family Staycation

I stayed with my family of grown up kids and enjoyed my stay. Particular attention was given to health safety in the current circumstances though i should add the tea/coffee amenities in the rooms left a a lot t be desired. Breakfast was jus so-so. Ordered room service for food and the food quality/quantity was just about OK.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel starting to show its age. The lobby is not great and super smokey from the bar.
