Bon service. Hotel qui mérite des renovations pour les chambres.

Dear Mr. P., Please allow me to reply in English. Thank you for taking the time to review us following your recent stay. I am glad to know that you had a good experience with us. Thank you also for your feedback about our rooms. We have been working with our owners on a plan for improvement in product. I apologize for the unusual experience you have encountered with the service in our bar. I have personally spoken to the relevant department head as I can see there is an opportunity to offer some additional training in service for our colleagues, to make sure that we can always assist to our guests with requests in a timely manner. I also see that the Internet on the terrace was an issue, and I would just like to let you know that we recently completed significant upgrade of our network and delivered lightening speed internet for our guests. I will, however forward your feedback to our IT team to ensure that we have a strong signal of the internet everywhere in the hotel. Thank you also for your suggestion about fresh juices during breakfast. As with all good five star hotels, we are happy to provide freshly squeezed juices, just ask our friendly team members in the restaurant. I have also noticed your comment about the smell in your toilet. And for this I apologize. I have personally spoken to the relevant department head as I can see there is an opportunity to offer some additional training to our colleagues about final rooms checks. Thank you also for comment about welcome drink. Just to avoid misunderstanding, I would like to reconfirm that our colleagues have provided you a voucher for a welcome drink which you have used during your stay with us. L’environnement est actuellement un désastre avec le bruit des constructions autour de l’hôtel le soleil sur la piscine uniquement de 14.30 à 17h il faut donc aller à la plage par un couloir improvisé entre deux chantiers au milieu des parpaings tuyaux gaines cables, la ventilation de l’hotel rixos est assourdissante pour nous impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouverts de la terrasse, le décollage et atterrissage des avions pour les apprentis parachutistes toutes les 15 minutes. Par contre la literie top et le personnel agréable sauf le chauffeur que nous avons attendu 1h à l’aéroport lors de notre arrivée… il était au starbuck café !!! Pour 175aed c’est très cher payé quand un taxi normal ne coute que 85aed

I am so sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. I am so sorry to hear that the noise from the neighboring site had an impact on your stay. While it is exciting to see the investment being made into the destination of Dubai as a whole, we understand and appreciate your disappointment and frustration with regards to the noise caused by development works. I have also noticed your feedback about different activities in our area which also add additional noise. We are located in the most popular leisure destination of Dubai that attracts a lot of tourists. Unfortunately, all of the above is something beyond our control or supervision. I have noticed your comment about the beach passage. Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control as it is not our property or walkway. We instruct our guests to use the public beach access just a block away to avoid this area. This path is nicely paved and clean. I am sorry this was not well communicated. I was also concerned to see your feedback about your experience at the airport and for this I apologize. It was brought to my attention that our Front Office Manager has already spoken to transportation company we are working with regarding your experience. Once again, please accept my apology. I am also sorry to hear that you felt that the transportation charges are overpriced. I can assure you that the charges we offer almost similar to regular taxi. As normal taxi from airport to hotel approximately cost AED 140-160, because the meter starts at AED 25. I am really sorry to hear that it had an impact on your experience with us. Besides this, I am happy to know that you found our bedding comfortable. We really appreciate and value your feedback and we really hope that during your next visit to Dubai you will be able to find a nice hotel away from noise and in less touristic place, so that you will be able to have more relaxing stay. Hôtel bien situé, le buffet est copieux et beaucoup de choix. Le personnel agréable. Concernant la chambre pour 3 adultes cela reste assez petit, manque d'espace dû au rajout du lit et peu de rangement, malgré cela la chambre est très belle avec une salle de bain top. Dommage que la piscine soit petite... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Deux nuits en chambre exécutive. Salon exécutive fermé, le service s’effectue au bar de l’hôtel par Winnie à qui nous adressons nos félicitations pour son travail. Hôtel bien situé, personnel attentionné et serviable. Prise de Rdv pour test Covid possible à la réception et l’infirmier se déplace à l’hôtel. Seul reproche concerne le non respect du port du masque pas de nombreux clients et on a vu aucun rappel de la part du personnel en ce sens et petit déjeuner buffet toujours en self-service malgré le Covid alors que d’autres hôtel ont mis du personnel pour servir.
