The staff were very helpful and friendly yet professional. Ms. Su, Ms. Gladys and Mr. Lakmal front the front office are more than wonderful. Mr. Rafael from the F&B and UBK team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Jen from NOSH was very attentive and enthusiastic to assist. Overall. It was nice experience and I am willing to visit the hotel again. Thank you.

I was surprised with a few things missing in the hotel, like bathrobes, shower sponge, shampoo and cream that have awful smell. One good thing about the hotel, is the nice staff.

Unfortunately the AC was hot and the control is hard to deal with and they were not helping with my situation when i asked for a late checkout.

It was a good experience having stayed at your hotel for the first time. Your services whilst there were good too. It has hospitable members of staff, the few I interacted with during my stay. I also liked the area location of the hotel and amazingly I got an awesome view from my room. The food was well-balanced, I would urge to keep it up to the good standard. The room was kept tidy at all times. Customer care equally was excellent.

Could have ended badly, saved by the night manager

Because of new regulations in Dubai, and an error by the booking department - we arrived in the middle of the night, and thought we still had our booking, for a big suite. But got shocked, when reception said the booking had been cancelled. This entire stay, and my review and impression of the Mövenpick-brand, could have greatly been affected by this, if it was not for the hotels night manager: Naraish Lachman, at the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers - he saved the day, so we could start a relaxing holiday after some turbulent times the first day and night. He have been superb in every way!

Breakfast for vegetarians and especially Indians was pathetic. Very clumsy rooms. Beds were not comfortable. Toiletries were missing had to call for it. Basically not movenpick standard hotel at all. Disappointed

It is the second time I'm staying at your hotel and I have to say that, even with all Covid19 motivated restrictions, this house keeps quality standards in all levels. The room service, front desk and house keeping is excellent!! Not a single issue But equally poor is maintenance staff! 2 different premium rooms had lighting issue, either bulb wasn’t working.. lights are of different colours.. switches issue, wiring issue! Unbelievably bad! Both the bath tubs had an issue which couldn’t be properly fixed in the 5 days also that we stayed there. 503 taps weren’t working properly! 403 first the tap and then the drainage of the tub. Always had to call someone to drain the tub since it couldn’t be opened and then they had to pull the plug and take it with them..
