Was a first stay for us in this hotel. Excellent staff who are very accommodating and giving good service. Definitely a good place to unwind. Good facilities, and we stayed in a pool-villa which was excellent. Only minor discouragement was that the beach was not really accessible.

The day we checked in on 19/09/22, was our first day in Thailand. We lost 1,000 USD and 30,000 Baht from the safety locker and all the protocols followed were a sham. We were not even allowed to see the CCTV cause clearly it showed that someone has stolen our money from our rooms and thats how we started our trip thanks to the HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. There were hardly any options for vegetarians, when asked they said they can't do so cause majority of the crowd currently at the Hotel prefer Non-Vegetarain food. I mean clearly shows the professionalism.
