A very good hotel, services are excellent . Beautiful landscape,very relax atmosphere and clean and comfortable room. Still some disadvantages i.e.no beach very uncomfortable to swim in the sea, breakfast is not so good compare to many other 5 stars hotels. But all in all, it’s a pleasant stay. My family and I really were impressive through their excellent services and hospitality. Especially, a hotel front desk agent, Ms. Amp, offered us a very warm welcome and clearly & usefully explained about the resort and facilities. The room was very clean with comfortable furniture, jazcuzzi, private pool, outdoor shower, abd etc. The buffet line in the breakfast is not big, but it is enough with qualitu foods and yummy. If you truely need to touch the nature, we highly recommed to stay at this hotel.

1. Booked for 2 rooms , hotel did not provide welcome fruite basket in my room while others have it. Called to reception for twice but finally still didnt get it.... 2. No welcome drinks when arrive comparing to other 4-5 star hotel in same level. 3. No 2 small towels in my room. 4. Breakfast was wonderful.

The surroundings , pool , rooms were nice. Enjoyed the chocolate served at 3 pm plus a very nice breakfast buffet especially the choices of bread provided. Staff were attentive.

Thank you for fulfilling my family trip. The time spent at the hotel was wonderful. The location is great, decoration is beyond standard, the room is fantastic. Your staff was friendly and service-minded. Especially the staff at Kampu (the manager, and Khum BOOM, and all other staff) One thing to be concerned, my room is located in front of the pool. I think there were too many mosquitoes. It would be better if the flow of the pool is increased. One last thing, though I used discount coupon from the government, I never experienced discrimination from your staff at all. You are all professional. Hope to see you again soon Please give our loves to your staff during this COVID19 outbreak.

We appreciate the warm welcome and great customer service from the staff. We especially commend SAO, a staff in the Kampu Restaurant, and Pepe for their prompt and attentive service during our stay. We also commend ACCOR's policy and training for its staff in relation to "combatting the sexual exploitation of children in travel and tourism."

Regardless of the storm, we still had a pleasure time staying in the hotel. The place is cozy and nice. The swiming pool is too cold from the storm though. Still had fun :)

Good room and private pool, average foods, below-par COVID-19 safety, fake hospitality of front desk officer. During 7-9 October 2020, My wife and I stayed at Movenpick Asara hotel. The girl at front desk who did our check-in and check-out services demonstrated her unprofessional behaviors with fake hospitality. We stayed at 116 private pool villa. The room and the pool were good. Kampu restaurant staff were nice, but they failed to comply to the SHA guideline to prevent coronavirus infection. Many events occurred during our visits such as they allowed several persons who did the videotaping the foods without masks. In summary, the hotel should immediately re-train SHA guidelines to all staff. Front desk officer, especially the girl who did my check-in and check-out, should be re-locate to do other jobs.

The food at Kampu restaurant was good. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, raining all the time. There was flood in front of villa and on the way to restaurant. In the room, the fridge was smell very bad. TV in living room was not work. I checked in around 14.30 pm, but the room was unready(did not make extra bed yet). The overall rate is fair.

The hotel is located on a beach front which is very good. They provide free Movenpick chocolate hour. However, the management style is awful. Almost everything we asked for from the staff needs to have supervisor's approval. The service staff aren't empowered to make an immediate decision right in front of the guest. While the foods for the room service was delicious, the room service team wasn't that service-minded. We need to call many times until someone picked up our calls from our room (Front Desk, Room Service, Guest Relations). We called the room service to collect the dishes after our dinner and the staff said yes, but no one showed up until we checked out in the next day around 11am. But I have to say that some staff did a good job at her best to service us, but she may be too little to have the impact on the management.

We stayed in Private pool Villa on 7-9 R.145 in the first night was raining and we had the problem with leaky roof then the staff asked us to move to another room which is 144 with lovely dessert was set on the table in living room, provided by the manager. We appreciate it a lot. Khun Pen at reception was really nice and Khun We at Ocean bar was very kind and also the short hair lady, (forgot her name). We will go back to stay there.

I would like to suggest to have Sandals clip in the room , I think it's the worst point in your hotel, I went there in rainy season , the hotel should have Sandals clip for customer. Esp when we went to swimming pool.

I'm not sure if you still have welcome drink, but I have not been served. For breakfast, staff does not exact what the choice they have. We order Pud-Thai and we ask what kind of meat we can add, staff said chicken or pork. However, we got it with shrimp which should be the first option for Pud-Thai. Moreover, even low number of guest during Covid-19 pandemic, we order coffee and staff forgot our order , this happen more than one times during our stay. Golf car is very very very slow, it would be faster if you go by walk. Beach chair is not clean.
