Since it’s the property belongs to Mövenpick should has at least the minimum standards that applied in other Mövenpick properties around Saudi Arabia. We surprised by an issue with bathroom siphon which seams has long time with out periodic maintenance and requested from front desk for support which they came with 30 minutes and solve the issue. Again next morning the issue happened again and they refused to change the room because it’s normal issue that happened for any guest. After long discussion, finally they provide another similar room. However, it’s was a disaster stay and experience for us which I’m totally sure me and my colleagues they will not come again and they will not advise anyone to try Mövenpick. It’s make bad customer experience and I will be remember this forever. Thanks a lot Mövenpick for this experience.

The room and the bathroom need to be clean deep clean the smell of fungi all over the hotel it is a good aportunity now with few people the cleaning is easier with no frish air in the room is soon bad smells and feeling of the fungi is the worse

I have been. Regular guest in movenpick. The location is good and staff is welcoming. One of the room cleaners Saiful was very nice and helpful. Suhoor served was much below the basic quality. I had to buy food from outside. The suhoor served was that bad. The lamb and fish served has bad smell and taste. I took one bite and left the food. Pls respect Ramadan and serve good food

I was applying for upgrade through online application to be charges something around SR 169. To my surprise when arriving to hotel, the receptionist informed me that this is not going to happen because I didn't reply to the e-mail while the e-mail was saying clearly that the acceptance of upgrade will be subject to availability of suite. I am totally unsatisfied because the answer of receptionist was lack of knowledge.

Hotel in general is ok, food quality and tasty was below expectations All The plumbing work in the bathroom, the room, and the air conditioning in the room were broken down and were not repaired until the second day after several complaints to the hotel management. During my booking i used 4000 points from my award points but unfortunately during checkin i paid all the amount without cutting the amount of 80 € related to the 4000 points

The hotel is very clean, the food is good and the service is very good except for the process of check in and check out they take very long time. Its location just close to Haram is amazing. I always stay there and will continue going there.
