Firstly, after my check-in, I asked someone to fix the TV remote because it doesn’t work. After multiple calls, someone showed up an hour later after I gave up and went to sleep! Later on the first day, at around 1 AM, while going back to my room from the reception, a security guard approached me and informed me impolitely that I cannot walk around after 1AM! The hotel has their own curfew! How funny is that?! When I went back to the reception to ask about the terms and conditions that state that, their on duty manager failed to answer and they admitted that there’s obviously nothing like that but it was already too late for their apology. On my second day, when I was about to have my breakfast, I grabbed the world’s dirtiest plate. It was almost impossible to believe that they have reached this level of unprofessionalism. As usual, they kept on apologizing instead of working on major improvements. If you think this has stopped here, you are wrong! Last night, when I’m in the middle of my sleep, exactly at 5AM. I heard someone knocking the door very loudly and shouting ‘Captain’. When I woke up, I found that the bell captain was told by the receptionist that I’m checking out now which is obviously a mistake. The problem here is his lack of common sense, why would you scream and shout in the middle of the night and wake up everyone just to collect a bag? Not only that, obviously the receptionist at that time has no idea what he/she is doing. They were probably busy doing something else when they messed up the number of the correct room! Speaking of the facilities, the gym was probably built in the 70s and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the opening. Very unhygienic! The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are all now chargeable. They used to be free for hotel guests. The entire hotel is a total disaster and has nothing good about it. It isn’t the right place if you want a clean stress-free stay. Certainly not a 5-star accommodation and nothing even near that. The staff and service are also the worst thing here. They need a better management to train them how to have a career in hospitality.

High quality of this hotel for a reasonable price. Room very confortable. High standard of bathroom equipments. Copious and well stoked breakfast. Good food in the restaurants. Nice and fully helpful staff. Close to a huge shoping centre.

- don't respect guest privacy - open room door despite don't disturb signs - not getting iron and iron board in the room despite 3 requests - Wifi doesn't work - very loud - having wedding in the middle of the hotel on the swimming pool with very high noise

Stay away if you are coming on business

Internet Connection is the worst . Raised the complain few times and nothing really changed . Staff treating the matter like its not a big deal . Replies ranges from utter ignorance "we will call you later" to "bring your laptop and work from the reception" !! . The hotel hosts wedding parties which can stay late , the windows are not sound proof , so good luck trying to work in this environment . The hotel itself as a resort is nice , pool and designated staff are cool and polite .

Staff were very helpful, friendly and decent specially Mr. Hazem the restaurant manager and Miss Merna from the reception Mr. Hazem helped me in every thing to arrange my surprise anniversary celebration And the staff at the terrassa were so decent and the food was so delicious and good Pool was soo clean, aqua park was so fun, but in my opinion the bucket throwing that amount of water from such hight is so dangerous and hurtful also the small iron hocks in the aqua .. Food in the restaurant was so delicious and various .. hats off to the chef seriously Room was so cozy and relaxing, bathroom was clean . Housekeeping was so helpful I loved the hotel and my stay in every way, thank you for making us happy ..

Well my stay was not bad but my concern for the frond office desk , they don’t have the sense to make the happiness for the guest. It seems they are under pressure and the best answer is No for anything . The pool not clean The room is old fashion

As usual, i enjoyed my short vacation at this amazing Hotel. Hospitality is the name of the game. All staff are very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Rooms are very clean. Safety and Hygiene measures are firmly undertaken. I want to thank all staff members, especially Mr. George Said (Restaurant Manager), Ms. Haidy and Mr. Mohamed (reception) and Mr. Mohamed (reservation) for their great support.
