You will get some breath taking pics in the pool area as it is very well maintained and has ample green/grass patches. However, the rooms were not that cozy and room service needs at least 10mins owing to the way the rooms are located far and between the main reception. The food was good but pretty pricey for its quality.

Furniture is too old, bed makes noises, uncomfortable pillows and mattress, bathroom supplies are so poor and low quality, phone was not working. I have requested laundry 3 times until the request was fulfilled and it took almost 6 hours. You can hear all the noises from outside, and even if you stay in the hotel still they charge you for your car parking!!

To be honest is the worst hotel ever, first at the check in I waited a lot to get my room ready. Second, I had visitors To visit me at the hotel but unfortunately they was treated really bad from the staff. Anyway air was my first time and last time to stay at this hotel.

only problem is it far away from the Cairo City , the hotel pick cost was double the cost of per day room charges , which was not good . as i paid USD$ 27 per night and i paid USD$62 for one way transfer from aiport to hotel .

I was in business trip to Cairo and defiantly decided to have my stay in Movenpick "one of my favorite places world wide" so stay, reception, response and customer service was very normal and not even up to Movenpick standards ever. it was very frustrating and deeply disappointing to check in and surprisingly have to pay for the parking EGP 90 / day because it is been rented to another company !!!! and reception crew feedback was "you can park outside if you are not satisfied"!!! its not about the money as i already paid but the point is in the frustration, crew handling of the issue and this is totally not making sense to stay in 5 stars hotel and i need to pay for parking i never experienced this at any country even in Egypt itself except at your 6th October site and will never be repeated

The stay was fine and well located. But, unfortunately after I left the hotel I called several times to ask about my RING that I forgot in the room . Three times I called and every time they replied that they will check and call me back. They didn't call not even with a message. Am really disappointed from such an attitude from such (supposedly) a respectful hotel.

First, It was my anniversary and it was communicated to reception earlier that i need the room to be serviced with Balloons, Flowers and cake, nothing has been serviced and room was standard. Then, the cake should received at 5:00PM as agreed with reception, however i didn't get it till 5:45PM, then i called the reception to deliver it! Second, I called the restaurant at 4:00Pm to bring a lunch. The lunch was not bad but it was less than normal which not meet our exception from such a known hotel. Third, I leaved the hotel at 7:00PM and before leaving i asked the reception for room's preparations as there was a remains food, bed are not comfortable, shortage of pillows and was not conformable at all. There were nicely listening to my complain, however when i comeback to the hotel at 12:00 Midnight, i found the room as is. Meaning no one even checked the room and enter it! It was a surprise for us to get this ignoring to our request. Fourth, we had our breakfast at the hotel before leaving, the food was not bad but the chiefs were talking together inside the kitchen with very loud volume, and seems that they are quarreling with themselves. It takes few minutes and situation is solved. After 10 mins, the situation happened once again which led me to ask the restaurant manager to solve the issue and he already did. Fifth, I surprised that the parking is with extra fees and not included as we are gusts! Is it a normal in process in 5 stars hotels. I didn't think so. I paid around 7$ extra to park my car. Sixth, While my leaving i asked for evaluation/complain form however there is no form for that and they told me you can write down what ever you want on piece of paper - empty paper - and they will deliver to whom is concern. I refused that and told them that i will make this complain on hotel's online support. Finally, It's nice receiving this evaluation form from your end and I'd appreciate to get a back communication from your side informing me about the progress of my raised complain here and how the hotel will overcome this bad experience at the near future.

Cleaning annd pool personell works well! Bar and Spa personell works also very well! Outside area of the hotel is well-maintained. But Reception personell works very unsatisfying. Associates seem to forget customers requests as soon as a customer leaves the reception. It took me 3 reminders to get an iron delivered to my room. So I came 3 times to reception about such a simple request. It took constantly at least 2 reminders to get a new laundry protocoll delivered to our rooms Laundry protocolls vere constantly missing by the whole BMW team. The task is so easy - pick up laundry with one hand and place a new protocoll with another hand. In 2 out if 7 BMW rooms we had water leak in bathroom (M. Aniol, House 12 and A. D., House 18). No action taken over the whole stay, despite the cleaning personel has been in our rooms every day... Despite 3 reminders on reception, a safe box was not working in a room of B. Nordmann over the whole 3 weeks of stay. Personel is not informed about BMW rate properly. One time there was a try to charge me money for complementary shuttle to the Mall, which I surely refused to pay. Topic was solved successfully by a hotel manager - Thank you! Hotel is part of ACCOR Family. But my LeClub ACCOR Card was not accepted on reception. Explaination - system is not working. LeClub ACCOR Number was not noted in my reservatikn too. So I lost points for 3 weeks of stay. Breakfast: me and my team always had to bring forks/knives, serviettes to our table by ourselves. Ammount of coffee cans is too low. How many stars you have? 5?..
