I had a permission from the management to bring in some outdoor furniture but the security did not allowed the man to pass and it took them 1 hour to let him in .. second i called and make reservation No one told me that there are 2 kind of villas one standard and the other one is premium . and the villa was A disaster no privacy and a loud noise from the neighbor because they had a party which it is suppose to be not allowed and i had to pay extra fees to transfer to another villa .

The checkout time at 1600H is a bit too late as the sunsets at 6pm and the water starts to get cold in the swimming pool, not useable till next day morning so please kindly consider early checkin option for people to completely enjoy what they have paid for. Also the utilities in the villa, such as fridge is empty, why? Why no mini bar? Why no microwave? Why washing machine provided but not functioning?

Please be more private to the guest because the workers were above the palms and I am unable to swim and sit outside as well as the cleaners when they cleaned the neighboring villa their voices were very annoying as well as when I finished the check-in to the villa I was given my ID card to the employee and told me he wanted to get On the family card, unfortunately, at any time to ask the guest for the family card and the service was unsatisfactory and I hope to take the necessary action to have loyalty to the resort and repeat my visits Thank you

The hotel is still my favorite weekend escape in Jeddah although the product is getting older ..... my experience would have been miserable if it wasn’t for Mr. Ramy Radwan from front office , very professional, very Accommodating to all my requirements , he even managed my requests when he was on his day off ...... great job . Will be coming back for sure .

Nice and helpful staff.. but value for money is not applicable at all .. comparing with Maldive and other beautiful places on the sea shore .. here’s we pay a lot of money for for minimal pleasure and activities .. not luxurious at at all need to be renovated..

I was on Business Trip, it wasnt mentioned that the hotel doesnt provide Taxi Service, though it was very hard to move from to the Resort. Room Service it was very bad in terms of proactive looking after the room need to do many calls in order to bring towels, cleaning and so on. In terms of in room dining it was the worst food I've ever had. the food was very poor just heated. Fish and chicken taste very bad and looks raw and the vegetables looks very bad and the salad was horrible. In terms of the card access the room, my wife and 11 months daughter stayed in the sun for more than 10 minutes because the cards always need to be re-scanned/enabled from the reception. So in terms of Service very bad, in terms of reception and welcoming the guest horrible, in terms of transportation from to the resort very bad. In terms of baby Cot bed the Mattress was very dirty the bed wooden bed very old. In terms of disabled or Stroller for the baby to the rooms not possible, reception not possible. I think Movenpick should reconsider the services and run un-planned evaluation here to be visited from World wide chain. If I would give a mark to my overall experience I will give it 1 out of 10, because the only good thing is eating in the restaurant, which is not the same team who did the in-room dining. Front desk assigned me a villa with a rusty fence as a view. when they moved us to a new villa after I requested, the key did not open the door. we drove back to get a new key . Breakfast area décor is poor. fewer food options than usual. staff low energy.
