Thanks for your survey and I hope the feedback will be positive and enhance the hotel for other guests. First of all, front desk informed me that I am not eligible for upgrade and only that for gold member. I showed my status to him then he said also you are gold there be no upgrade. Secondly, I requested the room service for additional toothbrushes and they did not service until I called again after 4 hours. Finally, during my check in we agreed the check out will be at 4 pm next day. However they called me on mobile and insist to leave at 12 and mentioned there no note for the agreed time. The hotel is great but lower than other accorr hotels for accorr members. Even no welcome massage or drink like usual for gold member. Best regards

Room was very good, clean, tiday - high standard. Personnel at reception very friendly. However, i got woke up at 03:30 am by room service who made a mistake on the room number... also i was woken up due to some loud music.

I BOOKED A DELUXE ROOM WITH A SEA VIEW. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD A CITY VIEW ROOM TO NON AVAILABILITY ISSUES AND THAT'S REALLY UNACCEPTABLE REASON SINCE MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN DONE WITH YOUR WEBSITE.

I choose to stay in the hotel for our anniversary, the stay was ok but nothing special. The offer was breakfast included and I was expecting that it will include ramadhan breakfast but I was shocked that the breakfast replaced with very basic dinner (Ramadhan sahoor). By the way I dont see why you are asking for feedback if there no corrective actions!

It was only one night business trip. a very short stay. however there are two points you need to pay attention to. - The AC was very cold although we've increased it to the maximum allowable (24 C). we tried called maintenance twice but no one showed up. we ended up having to turn off the AC all together - I was surprised that such a hotel doesn't open the gym until 10am (most business meetings start much earlier). similar hotels have it open 24/7 with guest access card. However, luckily the team at the front desk offered to open it when I come down at 6am (thanks !)

Was not the best experience to have in a 5 Star hotel. There was keys shortage they could not give us more than one key. There was a system problem, The room door would not open , I had to go over to the reception then someone came with me to open the door. I had to go back to the reception to reprogram my key same night. Dinner buffet did not have good variety. Plus the food was NOT even warm. We asked for extra pillows and blankets they brought us one blanket only, because there was a shortage. The breakfast buffet was OK but the pastries donuts waffles we are not good quality maybe they were not fresh. I have to say the stay was not worth the money paid for at all. I need to mention that the receptionists were very friendly and kind the best part of the experience was the check-in and check-out.

Firstly, I booked my room through phone and no one asked me for credit card or anything after one hour they started to contact me if I didn’t show they will cancel my reservation i asked them to take my credit card details but they refused, i had to drive so quickly to guarantee my booking which is not professional at all. Second day they didn’t clean my room all day although I left the room from noon.

Had a very good stay. Great service and staff. Location is very good near the corniche. A lot of restaurants and shops around. There is valet parking and restaurant in hotel. The hotel is easy access from the main roads.
