The hotel is awesome and the room was clean but the food wasn’t good as was expected and very very limited the whole experience were good but i hope next time be better and found changes in the hotel

No kids area - negative. Good attitude of staff - positive. Food was V. good but Not up to five stars level, in terms of diversity. Snacks on the pool/beach did not include fresh juice or slight pieces of food (pizza...etc) but ice cream was v. Good.

Everything was really perfect, starting with the security man at the gate to the ballman, receptionist, waiters at restaurant, room services and animation team. really every single person in this hotel were acting as one big family. We really enjoyed every second during our stay in this hotel and we totally recommend for whom are visiting Soma Bay.

our stay was fantastic and we've had a good time thanks to the friendly hotel staff. only comment is about the iron in the room (gave me a hard time), bed mattress and pillows and the tea bags quality (it tasted horrible). but once again, it was a great stay.. many thanks to everyone there specially restaurant and bar staff. hope to see you soon.

In principle, what I think they should update are the Spa and Beauty salon services, we used them during our stay and they lack professionalism, update the rooms, use quality products, the changing rooms were old, they had no towels ...

We can not recommend this Hotel. During our 6 days stay we only had room service in our Suite 2 times!! The rest we had to get new towels and toilet paper ourselves. The Food was the same every day and we had a bad stomache after 3 days. We booked all inklusive - but it was not! Only horrible Drinks and Cocktails in all inclusive, for the rest you had to pay. It was only very cheap alcohol and tasted very horrible. When you have a stay at a Mövenpick Hotel you expect something better. You even had to pay for Mövenpick Ice Cream!!! We had a Dinner at the Italian Restaurant - it was a disaster. You only had several meals free, the rest was not inclusive..as everything. In all the Hotels I was staying all inclusive I never had to pay for the mini-Bar!! We were not informed About the two constuction sides before our stay. There was a constuction side at the pool and one at the spa. We did not like the Hotel and we will not come back!!!!

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay, the staff go out of their way to make you stay as good as possible, the service in the restaurant and bars was exceptional, its a nice resort. We stayed over new year and the "cocktails and canopies" were trully impressive. Sadly the suposedly "heated pool" was very cold and therefore no chance to enjoy a drink at the swim up bar. We were disapointed to see single use plastic straws and single us plastic stirers used in the bars, please consider paper straws and wooden stirrers, but happy to see paper cups and wooden stirrers used for coffee.
