Our Australian guests had a great time during their stay at your hotel and had the best time of their lives. We like to commend Lucille and the front desk staff at the time of our arrival. They were able to assist us and allow us to get into our rooms before the standard check-in time. The staff are very friendly. Drinks and food are also delicious. The set-up of the function room and our dinner on our last night went beyond our expectations. Unfortunately, not all of us had the same experience with our stay. Our teammates who stayed in room B3407 did not have a comfortable sleep. After our hectic and tiring 2nd day they head back to their room with defective air conditioning. Thank you for offering them to transfer to another room but I know they insisted on staying as they don't have enough energy to pack and unpack their things again. Lindsay, our guest in room B3407 also met with an accident when she tripped on the unlevel steps on her way to the dinner venue. Thank you for assisting her. I hope you will find ways to avoid future accidents in that area. Six of our teammates were in Building 1 and their room is on the 4th floor (B1411, B1414, B1409). The elevator is out of service and they don't have a choice but to take the stairs. The other 2 guests who were in room A1405 have some issues like slow drainage in the shower, weak flushing in the toilet & poor bathroom ventilation. We have been in contact with you 2 months prior to our arrival. I was hoping that you were able to assign prior what rooms to be designated and it was possible most of the guests of the same type of room were all in the same building or floor. But I think it was understandable as we wanted to have an early check-in. Overall our stay was good and what's important is the bonding and the memories that our team shared. Thank you for your understanding and more power!

Good location. But most rooms have no view - just trees. Our room - a premier king suite was at the corner with just little view. Beach and Pool are excellent. Breakfast has NO international and Swiss Moevenpick standard. There is NO shop in the hotel where you can buy drinks for the rooms as there is no minibar.

extremely satisfied except the early coordinated request of garden view which was not granted. with an out of service elevator which made our last 2 days of stay a lil hassle
