It’s supposed to be a five star hotel Mövenpick Marrakech. It’s not even close to a four star hotel! I’ve been fooled into believing this seeing the pictures and all. The lounge beda by the pools were all broken. Not enough shades to protect my two kids from the sun. The fourth day of our stay I had enough and complained to the manager Khalid (manager service). He listened and got my complaint and tried to mend the relationship by offering me a 50% discount on my last day. I paid full price for the other days, which is a terrible decision that the General Manager took. Never heard of customer relationship management. The last day of our stay, my kid of 4 years old got hurt and was bleeding. I ran to the reception asking for a bandaid and some disinfectant. After waiting for half an hour, they finally brought a medical suitcase. They opened it and it was half empty and dirty with blood stains all over it. I have the pictures to prove it! I was stunned that a so-called five star hotel didn’t even have protocols set in place for these kind of issues. I yelled tot the receptionist and he acknowledged my feelings. I eventually eventually had to bring my kid bleeding in the night to the nearest pharmacy to get him treated. Just terrible! I actually want Mövenpick to contact me and set this straight!

We regret your disappointment with the condition of the poolside loungers and would like to inform you that we are in the process of refurbishing all the poolside furniture to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests. Also, we have taken good note of your comments and are truly sorry you did not feel attended enough when your child was injured, the team works daily to provide the best possible service to let our guests feel most valued and genuinely cared for. Please be assured that your comments will be taken into serious consideration and that they will help us to improve our services. Our booking included diner, but we are surprised that we should pay for water!!!! Poor quality of food at diner Rooms are not well maintened, we have to request many time to have towels, hair dryers. I have stayed in Movenpick in many countries but this time I'm disappointed

The Movenpick is very convient to the airport, Central to City and shops and main tourist sites. Comfortable, friendly and welcoming with great customer service. Great breakfast and front office staff who go out if their way to help.

This hotel has be in disrepair so much so that our AC unit wouldn’t. After several calls and speaking with the in-house repair and maintenance crew the issue was still not corrected. During checkout the reception desk staff proceeded to make excuses on how the system actually works. I’ve managed construction projects for over 20 years and what was described is absolutely false. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
