Stayed here for a long weekend (4 nights). When we first checked in, I was worried our garden-view upgrade (when had us overlooking the pool) would be too noisy. But it was perfect. Not too far from the main entrance, restaurants and bar yet still quiet. The staff were super attentive, especially the breakfast crew - they had that place running like a machine! Additionally, they recognized it was a celebratory stay and helped us remember it with a treat :-). The resort location is good. I had spent a few nights beforehand at the Radisson Blu in Carre Eden and I definitely prefer the Movenpick service and location better. It's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but you can still walk or cab ride everywhere. I would definitely be back!

I give my experience has Diamond member. I stayed with my wife begin December 2019 and end January at Movenpick Hotel in Marrakech and where very satisfied about the quality of the hotel and the excellent service. Mrs Nada Zouhair, guest manager was very helpful and very professional with us during our second stay to make it as much as possible very confortable to my wife and myself. Mr Mohsinne, (Reception) and his colleagues Mrs Laila and Mr Said where also very professional and helpful. The diner and food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff. We had the same experience during our lunch at the restaurant Jamra . My congratulations to Mr El Antaki, Director and Mr El Messober, Maître d’hotel. Breakfast could in some way a little bit extended regarding the choice. The room was very clean. The wifi worked this time very good in the room. I’m travelling almost every month to Morocco for my work and it’s was the first also second time that I choose to stay at the Movenpick in Marrakesh. I was surprised about the quality of the hotel and the excellent service by the staff. My thanks to the complete Staff!

Beautiful hotel in a tranquil setting. Wonderfully attentive staff. Missing their orange juice already! Housekeeping, often left out of comments, excellent. Only area for improvement is the room service menu. More options for vegetarians needed.

lovely hotel although the service was a little disappointing. we arrived late evening into our 2 bed suite. There were 6 of us sharing the room 2 adults and 4 children the extra 2 beds for the lounge were not present. We were a little surprised as our booking was for 6 people however we were going for dinner so we requested the 2 extra beds before we left. when we returned they still weren't there, we phoned reception as house keeping didn't answer and had to call 3 times before a bed finally arrived at 1am. We had been travelling all day, the children were tired and I wasn't impressed that the beds had not been made up for our arrival. We were told there was only 1 member of staff for housekeeping at night, but as we pointed out the beds could have been set up at check in which was 3pm.

It’s not really a 5 stars hotel but a good 4 stars I travel a lot in the world and the services and the building are much better. The hotel is old, needs refresh, fitness ridiculous for a 5 stars etc.

Service very slow. The room was not equipped with the third bed we have requested, so we had to wait for one hour ( and it was almost midnight!). Breakfast on the second morning was not available in the usual restaurant because of too many people and we had to go to the Italian restaurant were food was poor and service not adequate. Price for the accommodation and quality of service are not proportional at all!

This was a return visit for us and once again Service at breakfast, pool, lunch and dinner was good. With special mention to Anas at the pool and Brahim at breakfast. Front of house service during our stay was very poor. The TV in our suite did not work. We spoke to staff 8 times regarding this issue and asked for Management to call us back. We did not receive a call back and the TV was never fixed.

Overall, I had a great time. However, one night I nobody from room service or guest services was answering. The phone stopped working and when I called guest services from my cell phone to alert them, nothing was done.

I did not enjoy my stay here. My interactions with reception were disappointing. They were at times rude and condescending. My room key stopped working multiple times. The front desk said I should just come to them every time I reenter the hotel so they can activate my key again (not normal). There was always a long wait at reception. My friend tried the spa and had a very bad experience. The only think I liked here was the breakfast.

The service from all the staff was amazing The New Years Eve Gala Night was absolutely fabulous. The entertainment and decor of the ballroom was exceptional. We would definitely return fro New Year celebrations next year.
