I was very disappointed by the whole experience. While checking in, a person right next to me without any Accor status was upgraded to the suite while me being Platinum was not even upgraded to a higher floor category and had to remind the receptionist about my status before they even offered me a drinks voucher. The receptionist was cold and didn't even greet me with a smile. The rooms are outdated and feel like they are stuck in 1992 and have never been upgraded. The concierge seem to be involved in some sort of taxi mafia and refuse to offer the hotel taxi for drop off at airport. They put 400 on the bill for a white taxi instead but offer the taxi only 300 thus pocketing 100 for doing absolutely nothing! The mafia is so strong that even the grab drivers are scared to come and pick up or drop off guests at the hotel! This should be unacceptable at any other hotel in the world! The breakfast is also pretty ordinary with no cooking station where we can order customized eggs. Overall, a very disappointing experience meaning I will not return to this hotel in the future. My colleagues all shared the same sentiment.

Hassan Head Waiter at Skybar at Movenpick, Casablanca is very efficient, excellent service, friendly and helpful. Recommend this sky bar. Food was very good. View from the restaurant is very good. Had vegetable soup, chicken fingers and falafel for dinner.

The hotel was convenient and having forex exchange was really nice. Also its location is on the center of the city and that was really nice The breakfast buffet was offering the same food for 15 days which was not really nice I was really upset that the hotel doesn’t provide bidet shower (sprayer) inside bathrooms

I did spend one night during a short business trip. My room was ok but did not manage to get hot water from the bathroom during my stay which was a bit annoying. Top roof restaurant ok, dishes could be a little bigger. Staff is polite.
