Very large and luxurious hotel with all the facilities a tourist could need . The breakfast was fascinating with a huge range of options . So close to Samara Mall where you could find several restaurants if you have not booked dinner at the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The only disappointing issue was the WiFi : extremely weak in all places and disconnects every 2 min and it does not work in the balcony and they affirmed this information and of course it did not work at the sea as it is far away from the reception

Valet parking offered upon arrival and warm welcome from reception staff at check-in who Kindly offered a room upgrade and welcome drinks. Glad I chose this hotel for our first dead sea experience. The private beach area and infinity pool was superb. Highly recommend for visiting the Valley café & bar for dinner and drinks which has live music and entertainment. The room itself was very nice and comfy. Breakfast was fabulous with a huge variety. A special thanks to Mahmoud who was very helpful at the private dead sea beach.

The shower was blocked and we call the service and they came and said all is done .. then nothing fixed.. and the electricity wasn’t working except the lights .. we weren’t able to charge our phones as there is no one is working .. and the room wasnt cleaned well .. The room number was (M14) and I am sorry for telling this .. hope next time everything will be better . Thank you

From a person who travelled extensively for tge last 25 years , I would say the outcome was pristine because of a young rising star ,her name is #MARAH, from guest relations. I have to go through couple international calls to get to one person who can facilitate some extra services. Where on other hotels like Hilton and intercontinental whom I'm an ambassador status with them. Requesting a bottle of champagne or roses or box of cholocolates is standard at the time of booking. We discussed this with marah and she will present findings to Mr Abrabbo tweaisi the GM. Negative feedback of the tone of voice of voice and ((poor command of English)) young male who kept questioning the booking in uncomfortable way,never addressed me by my name !!.inspite the fact I had my passport copy sent my diamond plus accor membership (which means I spend 60 nights in the past couple of months and the booking was through accor central. Professor ziad mouasher and doctor imad are distinguished community figures "my family/business partners "and some times treating repeat customers and repeat revenue should be of a degree of discretion and attention to details. Overall Ms marah young employee who stepped in and took charge and made things happen at short notice. That rising star ,FOLLOWED UP ,KEPT ME INFORMED. VERY WELL DONE MARAH. For such service we keep repeat business with accor since they started as marketing company and further refer business to Accor group. Was pleasure doing business with your hotel. Please pass on our gratitude to your kind and approachable staff who walked the extra mile and in the same time done extra revenue to your hotel selling extra services and product(champaign...etc. Which almost 30,40% of even tge room rate. However , attended to our kind request which was not within standard order. Again thanks marah and Tara. Also I think Ibrahim made an effort buy not good enough and poor command of English! As area of development!

Magic for the beginning of our visit to Jordan

The hotel is just 45min away from the Amman airport. It is the perfect place to stay after flying into Jordan. We kind of got here by accident and it was the most magical beginning of the Jordan trip. The welcome by the hotel staff was probably the most pleasant we ever encountered in a hotel. The design of the hotel and the rooms is pure beauty. In the rooms - a combination of modern European and colonial style, exquisitely covered with dental arabic patters. Our first moment in the room was - we are not getting out. We are staying in the room ;-) The shape of the hotel built as an old village in a green garden with a castle on top of it, gives the hotel the most magical feel. The idea of an artificial beach of children while leaving the Dead Sea to the adults is a great idea too. If we are around, we are definitely back. Thank you Staff and the manager of the hotel again.

Great facility, awfull food

The facility was stunning. Spa being extra charge, I haven't seen that ever. Massages etc. Yes, but the most beautiful pools in a hotel being extra charge hasn't happened to me before. The reception manager showed me a small line hidden five levels deep on the website that said you get free access when booking a massage ... This read like it was aimed at daytrippers, not Hotel guests. He said this line meant it was stated on the website, And that it's standard in Jordan ... Which to me doesn't matter as the target audience is international. It's not even about the money which we ended up paying (pools are stunning!), but I felt like I had booked a Ryanair flight ... Not the definition of a luxury retreat. Regarding food , it's Corona time so I expect less selection and less quality. But half frozen and half cooked ravioli on a plate dripping with water is a disgrace for a hotel like this. Other items were barely better, only breakfast could be described as ok ISH.

The hotel is very nice However the animation for kids and the play area is very average The housekeeping also were not so good my room was not very well cleaned

We liked the rooms. The service was not good; when we asked for ice, it came in A plastic bag. Very long way to dead see. The pool is not pleasant. Food in both the hotel and Italian restaurant was not good as we heard.

The hotel was unpleasantly crowded and the food was over priced and of poor quality with very few options available. When I called to book I was told the Kids Club was functioning but it is not, except for loud music being pumped through speakers by the pool and someone with a small paint set painting kids' faces. Staff at the resort were lovely however, very friendly, personable and attentive.

Fistr I would like to recommend to inform the guest before booking or check in the official dress code in the swimming pool.. Notes many guests swimming with a shirt or shorts are not made for swimming.. On the other hand the breakfast time was so bad and there was a lake of staff for serving. I stand for 30 M just to have one plate... After the frustration I asked one of the managers to bring me my order to my table as I have two kids and if am going to bring them all I will stay for 2 hours. Thankfully they did.. But again they did it because I complained... And this should not be the normal way. Other than this things were fine Note: my name if Fadi A. and I received the Email with different name in the header.
