It was a pleasure staying at Movenpick dead sea. It is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. You will find the real hospitality from all staff since your arrival. Also the restaurant and lounges is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Mr. Amar - officer in charge of guest relations and Accor All club members for his cooperation, continuous Help and hospitality. Finally , i would extend my thanks to all staff .

High rate bad experience

I paid alot compared with the quality, i faced very un comfortable moments listed below : I have ants in the room. The window handle was damaged and the window still open during the 2 nights stay. The towels handle in bathroom was broken. The house keeping not wearing gloves. One of The restaurant staff not wearing gloves and and he gave me water, and the ones who wearing gloves they were swaeting under the gloves and it was awful. No variety in the food and we paid for half board but during my stay i eated again out side the hotel you shouldnt take this rate according to current situation, its really a shame that movenpick became like this.

I am also sorry that we did not have the opportunity to discuss your disappointment in person while you were still at the hotel. We sincerely regret reading that you found Ants in your room. We have in place a regular pest-control plan and of course work hard daily to avoid their presence within our grounds, however at certain times of the year, depending on the climatology of Tenerife, the presence of insects is unfortunately unavoidable. Furthermore, Ants need food, water, warmth, and shelter for survival and this is why we have a very strict policy forbidding the taking of food from our restaurant and we also encourage our guests not to leave any food or crumbs in their rooms to avoid their settlement in our accommodations and we ask that you please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences caused to you and your partner. Moreover, All your constructive comments regarding the slow and inefficient service have been passed already to the department heads for consideration and for taking action where necessary. We are sure that you will find some improvements during your next visit. We have been coming to Movenpick Dead Sea since more than 5 years, and have always stayed in Zara rooms, this was my first vacation since a while and we are extremely happy, it's a full service resort, and front desk was attentive and professional, rooms was clean and didn't have lots of housekeeping services as the room was fully prepared and clean

My friend and I had a lovely relaxing weekend. The facilities and pools were amazing and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were very grateful to be able to have a late checkout and spend the day at the resort before heading back to Amman. The breakfast was great and the only downside was the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurants, so we ended up going to Madaba to find food to eat for dinner.

Movenpick Dead Sea Resort was the best choice to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but the staff’s warm demeanor and interaction with the guests make you feel welcomed and appreciated at all times. Even though the hospitality sector in Jordan is undergoing tough governmental Covid 19 restrictions which could easily disrupt the service and convenience, we always felt safe and secure with the hotel’s safety measures within the facilities and amongst the staff. A staff who always wore their face masks yet you could see their smile in their eyes. Sanitizers were available near every elevator and entrance. The front desk was also well equipped with a protective window upon check in and check out. Special thanks to Farrah Hammouri who assisted in making our reservation and making our anniversary suite special. The Guest Relations Manager, Ibrahim Nawafleh, made our check in experience easy and inviting. A young man, who we think is named Naser, showed us to our room and explained all the necessary details of our suite. Having spent our 3 days at the Zara Spa, we felt pampered within the beautiful facilities of the spa, but what made it extra special were the team that made sure we had an experience to remember - Special thanks to Ayman Alamat, Rakan and Tawfiq. The Dead Sea beach lifeguards Bilal and Mohammad Adwan were always attentive and shared interesting facts about the Dead Sea and its benefits. Of course we had fantastic culinary experiences at Luigi’s, the morning breakfast and room service. Under Covid-19 restrictions buffets are not allowed, yet our a la carte breakfast experience was served fresh and fast. We thank Yazan, Anas, Fouad and Bilal for their friendly service. Thank you Movenick Dead Sea management and staff for a memorable 25th wedding anniversary. We will definitely be back.

It was a good vacation at the hotel the room was comfortable the Stuff were proffisional and work hard also the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious and in high standards but there were some issues : 1. you have to crop some of the green area under the family pool because the sea view and the sunset cannot be viewed. 2. The rooms need some maintenance specially the baths and need to be cleaned. 3. The Stuff are great but one of the resepcionest was so tuff also one of the life guards. 4. You have to activate the guest relation to collect real data from the customers. 5. I think the resort needs a female employees specially in the rseiption and the pools areas. 6. Also you have to change the entrance policy to make it for families and couples only.

Hey , my name is layan , I want to thank movenpick resort &spa dead sea for the service I received when I was there . Starting from the reception ,Ahmad from the house keeping section , khaled and Gabo in the adult pool , Ahmad the shisha guy .also, when i had lunch there in luigi’s restaurant the food was so delicious and served in a good way with nice treatment from rashed . Last but not least , I recommend everyone to try Zara spa with all facilities they have like hydro pool , and the manager with his staff were so helpful .

Great Pool (Premium) (Um Qais Village) one of the best pools/ rooms you can visit adults only. Bad coordination between website reservation and hotel Rooms are not 5 star clean (some insects found) with this village it can be much better stay

Everything was perfect, check-in with security screening our bags and car on entry for all to be safe. The hotel room was amazing with distant seaview overlooking it's gardens. The resort is amazing and the outside area and pools are superb. Staff are very nice too anywhere we have been. The only downised are the astronomical prices in the restaurants at the hotel. One expects to have higher prices but not 4 times as much than restaurants outside the hotel. Possibly the surrounding hotels had the same price in their restaurants which is a shame.

Great welcoming upon arrival fast check in lobby area so nice and furniture well clean and tidy room perfect ready with spotless clean bathroom clean with well kept bed so comfortable sleep main dining comfortable and best service with nice food and clean with well kept WiFi Internet access so easy and fast housekeeping team ahmad so friendly and helpful advice us to go village restaurant for dinner high recommended see you soon I will back
