Everything was nice and amazing. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The room service was very polite and always in time. The swimming pool was the most interesting and amusing place. I suggest the food can be better especially the kids meal. All in all we are going to repeat this experience soon.

The rooms were very old furnished. The pool water was extremely full of chlorine and hot . You need to put filters for cleaning and cooler.

You need to put big coolers at nigh outdoors to can sit outside as we were occupied in the rooms. Justi put 10 for the staff service as they were very helpful and kind . The hotel need renovation.

Every thing was fine a part from two things. Room AC was not so strong and for some reason you can not switch off all the room lights. May be it’s normal but I being a light sleeper struggled to sleep as I need the rooms to be absolutely dark. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and even let us checkout late.

Good but could have been better ...House keep was not keen on changing the towels and proving tea/water and toilet tissue paper...we had to call every day and ask . We found a lizard in the room which was disgusting and had to call the house keeping to catch it. The food was delicious .Bays restaurant staff was very very friendly.

Very old hotel and the staff does not have that much experience to deal with platinum members
