Staying in a closed room, it is a hard time. The balcone have been our escape every day with visits of birds and of squirels. We have been feeding them every day with bread crump and our rest of cereals. We got good time with that.

Honestly, I thought at first that 15 days quarantine stay (in the room space) would be a nightmare. However, it definitely did not turn out like that. My first impression is with Khun Friend who checked me in with big smile even the time was almost at midnight. She escorted me to the room and provided every single details I should know during the stay here. I really felt such a warm welcome. She offered herself as point of contact as well. Secondly, Khun Sun was also blown me away with his service throughout my stay. Last but not least, to the culinary and room service team, the food here is just amazing... the tastes were authentic and always serve at the right temperature... food is always delivered on time (actually, exact time that I requested for every single meal.... exact minute I would say). I also received a nice note from room service team as well on my last day there... very nice touch indeed... the staffs who got my bags down on the check-out day and the one who checked me out are also amazing as well (sorry that I could not recall their names)... thank you very much to those who I didn't mention here too... but you all are STARS! keep it up and I look forward to visiting your hotel again soon in the near future.

ASQ stay. Many restrictions are frustrating, but the hotel has overall tried their best to make it as convenient as possible.

A great overall stay, comfortable rooms. Service during the stay was amazing, very accommodating and friendly staff. However, the reservation process was somewhat disappointing. The entire process went by smoothly with some hiccups in sending documents here and there, but nothing major. However, when it came to arranging for our exercise machines to be sent to the hotel, the reservation staff retracted the prior promise and had asked us to rent out the hotel’s machine instead. Ultimately we were able acquire the service we were promise, although met with very hostile service from the reservation staff. Overall, the experience during the AQ was very comfortable and relaxing - met with great service, amenities and environment from when we got to the hotel until we left.

I was there twice for 14 nights quaratine. Food and sevices are great. Sadly no garden walk allowed during mt 2nd stay.

Great staff, very helpful. Daily (room service) menu with daily a reasonable choice and a good variety each day. Spacious room, Good quality of bedding, A variety of diversified TV channels and good size of TV. Super WiFi system. Altogether this resulted in a much easier 2 weeks quarantine than I anticipated and could have imagined. Too bad that due to the Quarantine there wasn't a chance to enjoy the park/garden environment of the hotel location, in the heart of Bangkok.

We were there for ASQ - a 14 day quarantine. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and large bathroom, plus a balcony overlooking the back of the hotel. Meals were delivered sharp at 8.00, 12.00 and 18.00. We were given two options for every meal, a Thai meal, or a western/foreign meal (choices had to me made at the start of our stay). Generally we chose the Thai for lunch and dinner, which were excellent. On the few occasions we has the western meals, these were good too! For breakfast we chose the western cooked breakfast, which was not so good. The variety of eggs were fine, but the toast was chewy and sausages not great. The staff could not have done more for us - they were super-friendly, polite, and generally super-efficient. We were able to order occasional treats through Grab (such as Starbucks iced coffees), and these were delivered direct to the room by the concierge staff. For entertainment there were about 50 channels on the TV - just a couple were of interest to us (Brits!), and we watched a couple of films having found the TV schedule for Fox Movies online. The TV is a Samsung Smart TV - so we were also able to 'throw' the image from a Samsung mobile phone to it, and use our own Netflix subscription. Very useful! One small issue was that we had to submit our temperature twice a day to reception, and on many occasions they did not pass this on the the nurse - who then rang us anyway. A minor irritation only. Overall, the hotel made our ASQ quarantine stay about as pleasant as I can imagine it being, so huge credit to them all at this extremely difficult time!
