The service is excellent, Health precaution is excellent. Walking exercise in the garden after the first Covid test is an excellent idea. Moreover, The food quantity and quality is well prepared. Lots of construction noise and diesel fumes

The good: food was nice, which is one of the most important items during a quarantie. Though it could have been warmer. Temperature of food seems to be an issue with most quarantine hotels. The staff was always nice and friendly. The garden is good for the daily walk after receiving the first Covid test result, another important point on the list. The bad: there were 2 construction site on one side of the building. I chose this hotel becasue all rooms offered a balcony, which was very important for me. It was almost impossible to be on this balcony becasue of the contruction noise and the diesel fumes from the contruction vehicles. Even with closed windows there was always some background noise. Another important point is the wifi which was too slow for video conference and there were many short interruptions.

I did the ASQ quarantine at Movenpick as required by the Thai government. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, which is important considering I doubt anyone really wanted to quarantine in the first place.

I was flying in from Japan and stayed at a hotel as ASQ. Experience after went out from the airport is nice and professional. It was 14+1 days and it didn’t seem long at all: spacious room (wellness suite), comfortable bed, good foods, dedicated and professional staffs both hotel staffs and nurses. You can order additional room services from the app, there are healthy choices such as healthy smoothies which I did order almost everyday. I rented exercise equipments and espresso machine, it a bit pricey but worth every penny as I have more activities to do. I need to do a lot of works in the room so I asked my people to dropped me extra monitor which turned out to be a good decision, I could work nicely in the room. WiFi strength in the room was real strong although the Internet speed was around 20-30Mbps which is enough but there is also 5G from 3 letters network which speed is around 300-500Mbps so when hotel wifi is bit crowded, I get around with a 5G. One down side for my room is a view outside was a unfinished building so lucky that I don’t believe much in scary things so for me is fine but if you care about these things, make sure you confirm a view with a hotel.

The staff was very helpful and informative. The food was mostly good but the helpful staff did forget to provide us with the proper number of utensils a few times. The Seabass and Salmon was great.
