Great place except two points

The room, food and staff are great, enough to the value of the price. However, I regret to mention only two things it would better to improve. The first matter is poor wifi system. It is very unstable and weak, I could not do my online work smoothly, the second one is mosquito and bugs. Even I had not opened the window first 4 days until receiving the negative result, mosquito and small bugs are in the room always. I was wondering where they come from. Anyway, in total, I can say it is a good hotel to stay for ASQ.

Part of the ASQ. Glad we could walk around outside. Nurse staff handled covid tests well. Food was decent, although I wish there were a few more options.

The hotel itself is in a great location but we were there for quarantine purposes so we couldn't use any of the facilities. Nevertheless, the staff were accommodating and the food served was excellent.

It was long stay in the hotel for over all it was nice stay for sure there some things can’t be perfect but staff they try can be possible but I feel the building old always has problems my was with water in balcony it come to the room , plus I have some problem with food from kitchen not taken the order right I was like to know FB manger and operation Ms Ammy was very good to help with my food , plus I gave my member number to front office from date check in and asked them By call they confirm in but when check out go back to my house I find no number or recorded to my All Accor account I hope can help to add my stay from 25 August to 8 September , I hope can get answer.

The facilities is good but sometimes the meal service maybe due to full house have mistake continue many day. (Like i order juice but send coffee or order milk send juice...continue few days but overall is ok.)

Food was mostly good for me but the menu should include notes on whether or not the food is spicy. Menu doesn’t describe everything that is given. Towels feel very unclean. Air con unstable at night, either freezing or sweating, a lot of mosquitoes, there was a small jingjok in the room, the ceiling was leaking ac water on the bathroom floor.
