« Great hotel »

I had a great stay here! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The food is good and other than breakfast, the hotel menu is pretty fairly priced. There was some noise coming from the hotel lobby, but my room was also directly above it. I notified staff and they fixed the issue right away. Beautiful pool and a great location in downtown Miami.

« great location and great service »

My stay was brief but everything was very clean and the customer service was hands on. The only negative is that the minibar was empty. No space for temptations.

« Staff appear to be young and inexperienced on multiple levels »

The heavy expense to stay at this hotel would lead one to believe that you will be treated appropriately by all staff members. This was the furthest from the truth. From the moment we arrived to the upstairs patio pool and the in between experiences we had, it would appear that the staff were hired directly from a motel somewhere along the highway on I 95.

« Overall pleasant stay »

Front desk staff helpful. Had an already opened Evian bottle of water in the room which took two separate phone calls to get replaced. Bar on roof was out of a lot of supplies for the signatures cocktails and the menu didn’t say anything about the included gratuity. Between the tip and tax the bill was MUCH higher than anticipated

« Great location close to Miami International Boat Show and Virginia Key. »

What a pleasant surprise! The Novotel was clean, bright and full of interesting artwork and decor. My room was spic and span, sheets very clean and crisp, great lighting and a beautiful view of the bay. LOVED the rooftop pool for sunsets and relaxation. Wish there was a hot tub. Food at Lido was delicious. Close walking distance to Brickell where I had a couple delicious meals. Loved my stay here. Staff here aims to please.

« really well located »

I had invconvinience with the laundry department, because I ask for overnight cleaning and pressing since I had a important meeting the next day, and it was not until I called the next day that they told me the hotel didnt even send the clothes. I asked to speak with the manager since there is a problem with a reservation, I arrived on feb 4 and the reservation was not until march 4, so I want to solve this problem, the in turn manager told me they were going to communicate with me and never did, this was 2 weeks ago. I need to communicate to solve this issue as soon as possible.

« It's the little things . . . »

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-day stay. Clean, comfortable, modern and quiet. Just 2 small things bothered me: 1. No "folding" luggage stand for my suitcase. 2. The bathroom sink drain barely lifted causing the sink to fill quickly and prevented a thorough drain of toothpaste, whiskers, etc. from the bowl. I want to say that it is done purposely to lessen the use of water but it is annoying as hell. On the plus side, there were many "convenient to use" electrical outlets!

« Too hot + poor service »

The room temperature was always VERY hot in the morning because the thermostat is on a motion sensor. That's insane for sleeping. There was also no mention of this feature when I checked in so I was left wondering if the thermostat was broken. Pool bar service was WAY too slow and very unprofessional (would just ignore you while you stood at the bar)

« The BEST option. Great Location. Comfortable Room. Amazing Staff »

Me and my family have been staying at the Novotel for almost 3 years. Every time we are in Miami this is the place to stay. We visit more than 5 times a year. The best location. In and out easily without having to get in horrible traffic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the Staff!!! Everyone is so nice and professional. The Bellman and Valet guys are amazing!!! They really treat you like family. I always leave with a smile.

« Overall Good stay - Train nearby is only downside »

Overall very pleasant stay from the cleanliness to the service, it was very enjoyable! However the only downside is getting a room that is on the side by the tracks as the train can be very loud and disruptive.

« Great area and location and easily accessible to other places »

Great stay. Room was nice and clean. Guest services were very nice and cordial. Hotel was pretty quiet so was able to get a good nights sleep. Rooftop and pool area was nice and had a nice top bar. Definitely would be staying there again when I'm in Miami.

Hotel is well placed for getting around Brickell and down town Miami. Service at the hotel is excellent and rooms are really nice. If there is one thing I would have liked was bathrobe and slippers
