We enjoyed our stay at the 21c museum. It was cool to have a museum-like experience while also a comfortable space to stay. The only reason I rated 9/10 was because the water would get scalding hot very quickly. Could have potentially led to some burns!!

Two nights there and it was wonderful and relaxing. I really enjoyed the art in the lobby and the close proximity to the town square where there were some excellent restaurants. The walk to the Crystal Bridges Museum was lovely. Next time I'm bringing our bikes! I could tell the hotel was very accomodating to bikers and saw them pull out bikes from storage so guests knew they were safe overnight. Room service was great too and the shampoo and conditioner is awesome.

Great Location in Downtown Bentonville

Loved the convenience of downtown and a parking garage at the hotel. I could walk everywhere and didn't have to get in my car for the weekend. The Hive is also a fantastic restaurant!

Overall, the stay was okay with a great location & a very quick- to-respond staff answering every need. I did have an unfortunate incident when the light went out for no reason while I was in the shower. Disconcerting & dangerous at best. However, the staff jumped right on the issue, which was somewhat reassuring. I hope they/you find & fix that before anyone gets hurt.

That’s pretty disappointing that they could not provide me with the room that I requested; all the staff was friendly and I know the rooms are vacant as one of my friends was able to get an upgrade after they came later in the day. Throughout the stay in the past I’ve been always graded; asked if I needed anything, always had water refilled, and housekeeping always organize my room. This time around was a complete opposite experience.

Registration was quite simple. Room was well appointed. Corner table and seating was a very nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable and bedding was good. The Hive was disappointing. Limited hours was for the lounge and lack of breakfast limited our ability to adequately assess the hotel.

From the greeting of the valet, to the penguin that joined us for dinner, to the prompt ice service — everything was perfect. So many details handled well. No ice machines on sleeping floors — too much noise. Wonderful toiletries. A great gift shop. And art-art-art. Made our Crystal Bridges Museum experience that much better.

The hotel is perfectly located. The service was amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by Adam who checked us in. Fantastic service. He gave us all the information we needed. Room was beautiful.
