It was very centric. The rooms were nice and comfortable. They clean everyday, but I was a little dissapointed that the roof top was close because of the COVID but they had weddings and the restaurant was full.

The staff was great. I want to single out Ethan. When I checked in Friday, I found out that my company had booked my reservation for the night before and when I didn't check in, my reservation was cancelled. Ethan took extra time to secure a room for me and gave me drink tickets to use while he worked on it. He was able to get me a room and came to find me in the bar. The next day, I needed to print something from a flash drive in the business center. There was an issue and the documents on the flash drive wouldn't print. Ethan gave me his email address, had me email the documents and printed them for me. He really went above and beyond during my stay!

Love staying at 21c for location. Walk to dinner, show or all over downtown and OTR. Streetcar stop is half a block away. Only reasons I didn’t give a 10 is water pressure in shower was pretty bad. We’ll be back!

We were in town celebrating our anniversary. From the second we got out of our car. The valet staff were friendly and guided us inside. The front desk staff were professional. Quick and so friendly. Our room was clean and very nice. Throughout our stay we were impressed by the staff.

I liked that staff wore masks and brought me my fridge for my meds. The art was very good. I wish the bed was a bit firmer but liked the room very much.

Experience was just fine. staff were friendly and the art on the main floor it was great! The room was not what I was expecting. I have stayed in the family hotel located in Sarasota and what I got for what I paid was much more. I ended up booking elsewhere for our second night and have no intention in staying again, nor would I recommend others stay here.

We stayed 2 nights and were not provided any housekeeping during our stay. Upon asking for housekeeping after our first night, we were told that the staff will "try" to accommodate our request but there were no guarantees. We were disappointed to see that the room was not cleaned and when we called down to the front desk, the attended was extremely rude ("what do you want?") when we asked for toiletries.

Decent room. Not overly fancy furniture or bedding, but, adequate. The art is pretty awesome though! Were it not for that, and the great location, I'd suggest that it's overpriced.

East valet and check in. Love the vibe at the hotel. Got to My room and immediately found a toe nail on the bathroom floor. Then went to plug my phone in and found a hair on the nightstand. Finally found a piece of plastic on the carpet by the coffee maker. Made coffee following morning and napkin looked used and no stirrer. Not great. Dinner was fabulous on site.

We vacationed in Cincy to view the museums and city sights and thought what a novel way to see contemporary art in the hotel itself! We were not disappointed in the diversity of styles and mediums. The room was very comfortable. Do request maid service as it was not automatic. The bellmen were very responsive to our requests. The web doesn’t mention it has a Nespresso machine! Well Done!

We appreciated the artwork and the location was great for Blink. As well, we liked the free water. Although, since the brand's mission is to be green, access to filtered water and reusable water bottle seems more in line with being green.The water bottles felt wasteful. We liked the decor in the room but felt it was overpriced for the size.
