Gallery Three is the perfect home base for events and includes a built in projector on lift and motorized screen. Natural light filters in through glass sidelights from the other galleries.

The 125 guest rooms are spacious with high ceilings, large windows, and custom furnishings, providing a respite to the stimulating museum spaces below. Design team preserved the foyer's green marble and silver leaf ceiling and terrazzo floors throughout. All guest rooms include Free WiFi, 42" HDTV Television, Fully Stocked Minibar, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Alarm Clock/Docking Station, Malin and Goetz Bath Amenities, Luxurious Bedding, and Original Artwork.

Stayed for a getaway weekend. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep up, which I let the front staff know about. They moved us to a better room which we greatly appreciated. Staff was attentive and understanding and respectful.

I booked a room last minute. Check in was great with good hospitality. Went to the bar to eat, sat at a high top. Bartenders had no trouble talking with each other and I had to ask if they served at the high tops. Was told no, I had to order at the bar, three steps away. My drink was brought to me, and food by someone else. No one came and asked how my food was. The bartenders and staff who just got off shift were busy gabbing and drinking shots; I had to ask for my check. My experience would have been better had the food service been better. Food by the way was delicious.

Elevators need to be cleaned and maintained. Was shifted from the 10th floor cause elevators were too noise to the 4th floor. room was decent but had one dirty bath towel and Nespresso machine wasn't functioning well and broken water container. Floors around room area also should be cleaned. The TV contrast was constantly changing.

Unclean, unimpressive

Our room was hot. We changed the temperature on the thermastat but it stayed hot. It did not smell or look clean. There was a big dead roach in the bathroom. The water in the bathroom was yellow. The shower had no water pressure and made it difficult to take a shower. The museum was cool, but vastly small and not enough to make the stay worth the price paid. Overall we were left completely underwhelmed.
