Spent 3 night there while on business in Cardiff. Well located near city center but very quiet with large complimentary carpark. Very pleasant team, very helpful and genuine. Tastefully and hot buffet breakfast, large fully refurbished and functional rooms. Would stay again when in Cardiff. Thank YOU.

Our first night there was someone smoking cannabis in their room, the smell was so strong the fumes came into our room. The bathroom smelt of sewage throughout the whole stay. The bedroom was generally clean and spacious, although it was quite cold at points throughout our stay. There was black mould around the window and on the sill. It was quite a noisy room the traffic could be heard 24/7. On the other hand, the food and service we received each morning and night was fantastic, staff were all courteous and polite.

I’m an Accor employee. Assistant GM at a neighbour hotel in Cardiff Gate, all staff are well presented and well mannerd. Can’t remember my favourite guys name on Reception! He’s the duty manager, sure it’s Ryan 🙈 but he’s a lovely guy! I’ll be back on Tuesday for 3 nights no doubt 😂😂

Lovely staff at reception, restaurant and bar. Location perfect as I was on a course with Release Your Potential, held on site. Whilst I appreciate problems with plumbing in the toilets on the lowest floor, this does not excuse smelly ladies toilets on the ground floor. To say a deep clean (I mean down to the grout in every space) is required, is an understatement. Daily cleans are not touching this problem. Kinda overwhelmed every positive aspect when you need to use the loo several times a day when in a course AND staying there.

Made to feel very unwelcome got more of a welcome at the Harvester pub down the road . Room was freezing cold complain twice brought a heater in Morrisons in the end When I booked the room was told it was with breakfast when I asked in the morning was told breakfast was not included despite paying £188 for a one night stay Never will I book again to stay in any of your hotels again
