The welcome & helpfulness of the hotel staff is excellent. Special mentions must be to Simone & Mellina who are always smiling & not just 'corporate'. The breakfast is always ready & available for 0600hrs (this is a major bonus being that other hotels state 0630hrs) & nothing is too much trouble.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very polite, and the location is really good. However the rooms are really showing their age. Or some of the decor has been updated you can definitely see a lot of patch jobs have been done in the bathroom as well as other areas of the room. This is my third stay at the hotel as it has got a great location and I stayed in three different rooms and all three rooms definitely need a full renovation

Extremely friendly and helpful person at reception, lovely room with a view as requested. Only spoiled by slightly grumpy and unhelpful waitress in restaurant/bar. Lifts/stairs were in bad repair, otherwise all good.

We had a lovely weekend stay for my mums birthday. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, our vegetarian option arrived quickly. The complimentary room upgrade was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. The staff were only too happy to help with our requests. My second visit here and I will definitely be returning for my anniversary. Great central location close to everything.

We had a lovely room for disabled. But outside the windows were lots of FANS MAKING A NOISE WHICH WENT ON DURING THE NIGHT. As my husband cannot sleep with a clock ticking so he was cross. The bathroom well equipped but no heated rail!! Two bulbs were missing from the lamps either side of the dressing table. Bulbs were replaced by receptionist but still did not work. The T.V kept going off! Good breakfast each day. The staff were always helpful and polite. Just hope we don’t get parking fine like we did at our last stay.

Excellent hotel disappointed with the lack of fresh air in the room kids were coughing all night, so we had to leave at 2am to come home

There was a strong smell of cannabis coming in from the ventilation system

Smoking and drug use is not permitted in our hotel and the appropriate measures will be taken to investigate and address this. Room with panoramic views apparently, which I paid more for!! Windows absolutely filthy, couldn't see a thing.

I am disappointed to learn that the windows were not clean and that you felt it was not valued for the money.
