The hotel is nice and well located. The room was clean. Breakfast was too small for the price charged and it is a pity when when the receptionist writes your family name wrong even so she had your official document (Passport / ID).

We booked for two night stay in a twin bed room. At 2nd night we back to hotel at around 11pm then we found that we cant open our hotel door. So we go down reception and ask for help. A male staff told us that water pipe from kitchen got affect from our room and ask us swap to another room. The staff attitude is not polite and dont even feel sorry or inconvenient for us. Just ask us to do it. So we pack our belongings and move to new room immediately and we wont prefer the staff ask us to give back the old room keycard immediately as its midnight and we need to get rest. The staff even call us at 12am and ask for the key card and as I requested for the new room wifi password the staff dont let me know and ask me go down to reception to take a paper password !!! We are too tired to go down so we gave up the wifi. I feel no hospitality in this stay. Hope the staff can be more considerate and improve the services.

Staff ok, compliments to Julijana at the reception for very nice and professional approach. Room clean, need to provide slippers because hard floor is cold. Also provide laundry bags. Beds are good, just moving too easily. Other things are fair and ok

Friendly staff, disappointing to have a superior room without A/C. Bathroom had mold on the tiles but shower was good and plenty of hot water. A good breakfast. Parking at the hotel (for £5 per day). Free Wi-Fi was ok.

The hotel is situated near to hiwG but in the very quiet place. The hotel has private parking so it is important facility for driving guests. I get one large room which was extremely clean and good equipped. A lot of placd gor work and rest. There was one of the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept. It helped me rest vell. The breakfast was fresh, diverse and varied. Morover I had asked about free lactose’s products and I got them.! The very nice solution was free cafe mugs take away for further travel. It is a rather rare solution in hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised.
