The hotel has a great presentation, rooms furniture and all provisions are high quality ones, the views are amazing. The staff is overly kind and attentive to any of the guest requests, they make your stay special no matter what. This is true for reception, restaurant, entrance, all areas of the hotel. My family had an amazing experience and already went back twice. It is a great hotel to stay for business or family trip.

I lived 1 year in the hotel apt side I’ve seen experienced such a bad stay Everything was terrible from service to housekeeping. Many problem in the apartment : AC - leak … Lots of guest are very disappointed. Staying in that hotel was daily stress. Nobody from staff recognize you and asking you many times what room you staying in (after 1 year) Rules change everyday : no kids at pool or no possible to take lift from residence side. I was staying there with my husband and my baby. Nobody never helped me with stroller when I arrived by taxi So many things to Say … sls isn’t for sure a 5 stars hotel.

All was perfect, but we noticed the kitchen washbasin it smells so bad ,also the toilet set has paint .

One of the best experience he e had staying at this lovely new and luxurious hotel with amazing welcome right from the valet up to the reception was welcomed very warmly . The rooms are amazing with stunning views and the food and beverage outlets filia , Carna , s bar all are fantastic super nice ambience great food and excellent service by the team . Very well looked after . And not to forget the nice spa and gym on the 69 floor and the pool on the 75th floor . Used these facilities during the stay very nice and the view stunning from the 75th floor pool must visit . Over all the entire team led by Spencer Wadama general manager took very good care during my stay a bit thank you to them .

Expectations for this property were higher than the actual experience. Little attention to detail was lacking from the TV being installed lopsided to the curtain missing the first hook. The vibe in the apartment was cold and not welcoming, there was a stain on the carpet. Finishing of a low standard. Breakfast seemed to be missing, we were told it was just a continental breakfast, not what you expect in Dubai. The vibe is ok, cool, young, people arriving back at 6am after clubbing all night... typical young dubai vibes, a bit disrespectful but avoidable. Staff were attentive and did their best, a couple felt like they hadn't had any training and had been put into a job with no prior customer service experience, quick to cut you off and move you along. overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless your looking to spend a bit of money to see who shows up, it's not a high end 5 star in my opinion. lacks care and consideration fie guest experience.
