The location is very good, rooms are clean and spacious but there are some issues that need your attention. 1. Very loud and disturbing music in the lobby all through the night. 2. Couldn’t sleep at night because of the loud music. 3. Breakfast was a mess. 4. Having to change two elevators with very loud music in the lobby to get to the room.

Love the Hotel from inside... Very Nice Experience.. i stayed for 14 days Loved the Loft Room !! People there are very nice.. The Cleaner on the 47th Floor Saif and his lady colleague are very nice and they Organize Everything.. The Check IN & Check Out Process is a Nightmare... I spend soooo much time even if i want to get a key ! Plus if i call the front desk they never pick up Never ! Pool is so beautiful.. Spa is also very nice but too much lights there ! Breakfast is nice but Same Exact Menu for 14 days..

Check in and checking out is very bad as there are only 2 staff at anytime even if they were 3 the hotel is huge for 3 receptionists room are Great with nice view. Another bad issue is the service everything takes ages we needed help with the luggage at checkout it took forever until we missed our airport transfer

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It started off a little bumpy during check in when we were given a room without a good view. However one of the managers, "Kadri" not sure if I spelled his name correctly was able to step in and provide us with a room with a better view. He was very professional and dealed with the situation to our satisfaction. The staff were very attentive to our requests and everyone was very happy to help.

Great location, beautiful hotel, brand new and modern. Beautiful rooftop pool. Beautiful spacious rooms! Annoying things: check in and any help from reception is a long wait time. Never answering phones when calling for concierge or in room dining or house keeping usually have to call 3x before someone answers - very frustrating. Security can be very annoying and come up to you to ask questions even if you’re just sitting in the lobby- very intrusive and irritating regarding wearing masks. Keys also stopped working randomly at times ! Manuela very polite and helpful !

Worst experiences, AC of room was hot since 4am awake , no action or apologize or even a call from manger although i informed operation that i will leave which i have done Once i asked for refund the mangers suddenly showed up .

I stayed for 7 nights and I enjoyed every one of them .. the location of the hotel is quite and nice .. 5 minutes drive from Dubai mall and around 30minuts from expo .. accessible location and top service ..

The reception is in the 71st floor, so u have to go up before u go to ur room ( every time ) / they left my room open for 7 hours ( the housekeeping ) I was out and when I came I found the room open + nobody inside + they didn’t finish cleaning the room yet ! P.s. I asked them to clean it at 2:30 pm ! And I was back at 10 pm ( didn’t clean nor close the door ) / the valet guys are super nice, polite and fun

I was at the SLS for five nights in April - my stay in October was a very different experience. Many of the best staff have left and the remaining staff seem beaten down. This must be a management issue.

Spend seven nights at SLS. This is a very nicely designed, beautiful new place. Everything sparkles and invites you to get the camera out. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and having tried all restaurants, the food is great. So much for the positives. Other than that there is just so much wrong with the place. Some of this might have to do with the hotel being very new. Service is just not working. No Accor status acknowledgement, no luggage help, forgot to take deposit so lots of confusion when I wanted to charge something to the room. Awful service at breakfast where I basically just gave up. You just cannot get a coffee. So service is very mixed, but that might improve with time. The rooms are also designed for a different audience. I need a good workspace, coffee machine, comfy bed. This place was designed by people who never stayed in the room. Big empty cupboards in the living space, a dishwasher, a washing machine. Why do I need these things? Have not been to a 5 star place with Nescafe instant coffee in the rooms for a very long time. The list just goes on and on. Location is also a bit of an issue since you need a cab or Uber to go anywhere. Traffic handling at the entrance is chaotic. Seems more important to park someones Ferrari in good view at the front than to help folks get a taxi. Wanted to give the place a try and definitely will not be back.
