The SLS property was a beautiful luxurious experience. The staff was very accommodating and professional and the grounds were beautiful. I wish that the pool stayed open later other than that absolutely no complaints and I will definitely be back!

I was very impressed with the Feel/Vibe of the place. Great attention to details by the Designers. The staff was very well trained and Everyone was GREAT.

This was a group trip with friends and honestly can’t put into words how fabulous of a time we had! From booking our stay with Andrea who was so helpful and accommodating with all the curve balls Covid 19 threw at us. When we arrived the staff were extremely warm and welcoming and stayed that way always! They helped us book reservations at restaurants and assisted us in finding activities! Honestly can’t wait to revisit because we had a blast. Our suite was so lovely and had breathtaking ocean views! All in all a 5* experience!

From the moment I checked in, to the moment I left, my room smelled moldy or like mildew. After complaining several times, I was finally offered a free spa service. That was nice, but I was never offered a new room until my last night there. I didn't want to move at that point.

Went for a short trip to Cancun with some friends. Hotel was very very nice. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were very nice. Dining options were limited, which is fine I like to get out and try new places to eat.

Service was not so good ( specially at the breakfast ) Room look really nice and big we had the one bedroom suite, it was an issue with my AC and I didn’t get any air for 2 nights .

Beautiful Stay for My Solo Trip

I took a solo trip to Cancun (August 2021) and staying at the SLS Cancun made this the most relaxing vacation ever. This new and modern hotel is absolutely beautiful. From my suite to the lobby and the resort grounds that flow to a private beach, you can see how much detail and planning went into building this hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - something I especially appreciated as a solo traveler. I booked a King Suite and was absolutely in LOVE with my room. It was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and modern. Not to mention the breathtaking views of the ocean from my the expansive balcony! I also took advantage of the hotel gym every day, and I must say that it is one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Loved it! I also booked a massage at the onsite Ciel Spa, and the experience was nothing short of heavenly. My reservation included a continental breakfast every morning which included juice, fruit, toast/croissant, and a choice of eggs. I thought it was a great value. I was also able to order anything else I wanted outside of that set menu (smoothies, pancakes, french toast, etc.). I also dined at the on-site restaurant for dinner one night and took advantage of the poolside/beachside service to order drinks and snacks. Everything was delicious! Lastly, other amenities I appreciated was the free COVID test to return back to the US (needs to be done within 72hrs of departure), and the hotel's airport transfer service. The front desk was also very helpful calling a taxi for me whenever I wanted to venture off into town. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning! 10/10 would recommend for solo travelers, couples, families, and friend groups.

Located next to something making loud noises couldn't sleep well- service upon arrival was terrible, says they have a car that will go in a 3 mile radius and did not; asked for taxi took over 30 mins wasn't ready when requested- service in the restaurant was terrible for breakfastst

Hotel was good and service and staff But we are really disappointed about the room It’s not what we booked we had a view on the parking and entrance of the hotel not on the sea The safe didn’t work too So bad

Great location within other high end living properties. Multiple entrance check points make it safe. Beautiful beach front view. Room is modern, new and spacious including a huge terrace with sittings and a hammock. The entire staff and services are the best of all. They are extremely cordial and accommodating from front desk to restaurant. Food at restaurant is a must try. It matches with 5-star quality. Everything on the menu is excellent. Highly recommend truffled eggs, shrimp cocktails, balsamic Brussel sprouts with toasted almonds, and rib eye steak. Even shrimp tacos or chocolate croissant are just heavenly delicious. Shout out to the entire staff. You have made our stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable.
