I had a really rough night of travel - flights were moved around and ended up on a crazy red eye that completely destroyed my schedule. I got to the hotel stressed because I hadn’t communicated my timing and Albert, the night manager, was THE BEST. He handed me a water, had the most calm and lovely demeanor, made me feel so at ease, and sorted my room situation out quickly and beautifully. I’m now in a lovely room and so grateful - I will absolutely be coming back here as long as the standard Albert set is the standard of all staff here. Thanks SLS!

Not only is this hotel absolutely gorgeous but their customer service is impeccable. We came in to town extremely early, about 6am and were greeted by hotel concierge Hugues Albert who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely make this hotel our go to spot for our Miami trips! Thank you SLS and Hugues!

As we pulled at SLS, South Beach, we were greeted by the most beautiful man - Mr Peter Ereseme (spelling?) Peter welcomed us with this big smile, lots of energy and absolutely ready for any challenge we had ready for him 🤣🤪. My cousin can be a bit needy and clingy. But he don’t not seem to care. He was up with any challenge my cousin had him do. Peter is a true gem! He is absolutely very caring and loving. He truly cares for each individual guest in particular as he surely knew all of our needs and quarks. I am super thankful for the time he has given us in particular and I hope that this review reaches the right people as I want to say loudly : THIS MAN NEEDS A PROMOTION!! A Salary Increase or a BONUS as he is truly an SLS Ambassador and representation of the brand. Peter, thank you! Here is a pic with my cousin Damaris. And of course you will always remember us bc of the bright colors

My friends and I stayed at the SLS for a birthday weekend and everything was literally perfect. The room was so clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel staff were more than accommodating. Peter Erasme took the best care of us and made sure we were set up for success for the whole weekend. Can’t say enough good things about him! Also if you stay at the SLS you can get into Hyde Beach Club for free which was a major perk. Overall 10/10 recommend this hotel!

The first person I seen on arrival and last person I seen upon exiting was Peter Erasme SLS AMBASSADOR. I must say he should be the face of this Hotel. He made my experience a1. He caters to your every need and is a very cultured and intellectual individual. Overall no complaints. Great staff by the pool, all of them were great I didn’t get their names. But I will definitely be back every now and then. Great location
