« Excellent location - bathrooms could do with an update »

Nice design and a very good location close to columbus circle. I had a room of the superior category and I was a bit disappointed from the bathroom - old tub - and the state of upkeep of the room. Wooden decor split off etc. But apart from them, everything was fine, and the common rooms are genrous and again well designed.

This is the worst 4 stars hotel i have ever stayed in my life so far. the hotel location is very good but difficult to recognize, the receptionists at the time i did check in ( Oct 15 around 7 pm ) were very cruel, i did not see any smile to all customers who did check in at those time. I did not see any smile either on the next 3 days . The room is so small and not met up to 4 stars standard, the bathroom is so tiny that a thin girl like me who found difficult to get in and move around. I am really surprise that this hotel run by Accor.

Clean though absolutely tiny room. Nice place to stay overnight in New York with Central Park and Columbus Circle literally nest to you. Shuttle to take you to JFK was a lovely surprise to discover! Helpful staff. I would also want to get my 75 USD taken as a deposit back to my account. It was promised at check in but never happened!

While we're glad that you commended our convenient location and efficient shuttle, we're sorry that our accommodations failed to meet your standards and that your refund has not arrived yet. Please know that guests can upgrade to a room with a bigger layout if available. Additionally, depending on your bank, it can take 5-7 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. « Small, Dark and Ugh »

Location is good. Lobby/Entrance is dark and does not feel clean. Room was not clean, bathroom was very small (and I'm 5'5"), wood floor had stains (fluids), broken safe handle, blinds and curtain/blind pulls. And light fixtures/room lighting was poor. While sleeping, had to open the window blinds to get enough light from the street to see in the room, without having too much light to keep me awake. Too many rooms in too little space. Slow elevators.

Not sure how this hotel can be rated 4 star - at best it would be a 2. There was nothing in the rooms and hallways were like an asylum. Maybe lower floors were better but our floor 18 was terrible. Rooms are very small with no facilities. No service at all in the hotel, no bar or restaurant and elevators are extremely long. I also suspect we were ripped off when leaving as we were directed to a specific taxi and he did not turn the meter on. I think someone got a kick-back for this and we paid the extra price. I definitely do NOT recommend.

« Very disappointing »

Rooms are very small and they look like a dorm ! No service at all in the hotel, no bar or restaurant and elevators are extremely long. Finally TV was not working well either. I definitely do NOT recommend.

We want to share though that we do have an on-site bar which is open from 5:00 PM to 12:30 AM daily and a rooftop bar, which is currently under renovations.
