I came to the hotel at 14.30 to check in (2 rooms) and they said it wasn't ready, then I was asked to wait for more than an hour and finally I was able to check in even though it was only one room, while the other room followed about half an hour later

It was crowded when i want to check in. Took about 6 minutes for me to stand in the line. Until one of the staff came and help my check in ( thanks to miss Lita ). I guess the wifi was so poor at that time so i prefer using my internet data instead. The air conditioning was not too cold. Food was awesome. Check out took a little bit long too. Until again one of the staff came to me and help me ( sorry i forgot the name ).

The hotel was free from cigarette smoke. No signed at all from the lobby, restaurant and the room. I love it. The room was comfy enough, king size bed with large bath room. We've got view to the 2 large bridges and 2 mosques incl the islamic centre from a far. Free flow of water, they put water dispenser in front of our room with 1 large mineral bottle every day (1.5l). Breakfast with lots of choice, main buffet, desserts, breads, croissant, waffle & cone ice cream, lots of stall. Better than most hotel in Samarinda. Pool quite big. The staff are very pleasant and they always try to make your stay comfortable. Too bad as accor members they offer no upgrade to suite room (only to deluxe one). As for the cleanliness, I hope they could find a way to clean some stains in the living room carpet. On overall, this hotel is recommended one.

Hotel is well located. The centrum mall attached to hotel makes it convenient to find food and drinks. Overall stay at the hotel was okay, the linen was quite clean, but lots of unpleasant stains on curtains, sofa and carpets. The bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained as there were stains on the walls and on the floors of the shower cubicle, the wooden cabinets weren't so clean and there was odour coming out of the bathroom. Aircon was cold but during my previous stay aircon was hot. FO staff were okay, they were polite but not exceptiionally friendly. All in all, I will definitely return to the hotel for my next trips, keeping my finger crossed, hoping the rooms stay well maintained. Thank you.

I always request for a Non Smoking room, but yet again am given a smoking room, which was stinking of smoke. Had the most disturbed sleep, sore throat in the morning and all my clothes rethching of cigarette smoke

My second stayed here. First stayed was 7 from10, bc check in process was taking thousand stars to wait. I came around 2pm, and i got my room at 4pm. So on my second stayed, i mention and request from my agency to ask ontime checkin and 1 extrabed. Checkin process was ontime, i only waited for 30mins. But when i came to my room, it still have no extrabed. So whats the point you have request box in traveloka or agencies? Clean room and bathroom. Food? Breakfast was great, lot of choices, good taste, and different menu everyday. Bravo Resto on 5th floor was great. Good taste and portion. But i noticed 1 staff that not really welcomed us. Idk maybe we looks like someone who just wanna sit on your resto without ordering or what But another staff was really friendly.

it was a pleasure to stay at my second home, consider it my second home because almost every week i'm staying in this lovely place.. the staff we're friendly ( FO & FNB ) , great linen, amazing breakfast, spectacular view to mahakam river and applying strict covid 19 rules and regulation ..but i have missed from Mercure or Accor Group is they revoke the suite upgrade for platinum member , that's the most breath taking service from Accor Group..

This hotel is one year old and it is quite new and still fresh. I love the breakfast menu that they offered, soo many options all you can eat till drop hahaha. The room is equipped with large smart tv and modern appliances. During my stay, I met with the Marketing Manager, Mr Safii. He is a nice person and gave me a warm welcome. This hotel delivers best service to its customers. Definitely, I will stay with Mercure Samarinda for my next visit in Samarinda. Keep the good job.

this hotel with it's staff is like a family to me.. start from october 2020 until october 2021 Mercure Samarinda is my second home.. The room , the view. the price and most of all the service is way more higher than it's current rating..it's a solid 5 ⭐️ service and value.. my big respect to all the fromt office team ; Ms Lauren Jessica, Ms Inka, Mrs Bella, Ms Putri, Ms Karina Gerungan,Ms Dewi, Mr Axel, Mr Gerarrd and Mr Gede.. they are my family in samarinda..if you ever visit Mercure Samarinda, those names above is my reccomendation staff.. find them and you'll know about my testimony..

They always forgot return back your id, and they refuse if we want our id sent back, Carefull this no free parking, the reception was not good in hospitality. Very very bad service around accor hotel, and no promotion on going for accor hotel in this hotel
