We could not have been made more welcome from the minute we arrived. The wonderful staff were so attentive ensuring our every need was met. The suite was stunning ( beautiful surprise birthday gift & room service food, flower petals on the bed, delightful) And it just got better, 10 days of relaxation, luxury & above all the most wonderful people we have ever met in any holiday resort we have been too. We will e-mail the manager to thank personally everyone. We loved all the restaurants,& now serve all our meals with”a little bit of love” Our favourite was Aqua&More & bar, food delicious, entertainment & setting perfect. Special thanks to May, Roshan, Jello, Zaid,Jahon, Jahaan, Aniket, and all the staff who cleaned our suite daily.Thank you Rixos, we are already planning our return to your amazing hotel. Best wishes and kind regards to everyone

We had a fabulous stay! We came back for a second visit nearly a year apart. The only thing I can say negative about the Rixos is the service when you eat. This is partly due to us eating later into the restaurant service time but that is due to the time difference. Tables not laid no cutlery no napkins, reminding them to bring such things shouldn’t happen every day. Despite there being many staff floating around. Round the pool was hit and miss but we round a lovely waiter who remembered us from last year and really took care of us. The kids club is exceptional really well done as this was new from the last visit. Our room was a suite so was fabulous and had great views.

Suite satisfactory and well maintained. Make up and turn down good although leaving face cloths hit and miss. The 3 bookable restaurants good but buffet experience mixed. Booking process needs to be improved.

My name is not Genevieve. It’s Laiza as per the person who made the booking. The suite is nice. The food was a huge let down. Juices are from a cheap tetra pack. The arabic mezze isn’t good the sushi bar isn’t good. The pattiserie sweets tasted like sugar coated with sugar. The chai latte tasted like coffee. The pool is dirty my son got skin allergies after.

We are a family of four children and two adults. The resort was perfect for us. The children enjoyed the Rixy Club especially the evening entertainment and shows. The food was good throughout the resort. Although we didn’t enjoy our meal at the fish restaurant, we found the children’s options limited and the food was average. The other two restaurants were very good and we enjoined the entertainment at these restaurants. In the evening there wasn’t a bar where we could sit and enjoy a drink before or after our meal, I think this is a shame. Our suite was enormous and fantastic for our large family.

The Service we received, from the pick up at the airport, to our departure, was first class. Location is great, close enough to the city to see the sights, but out of the hustle and bustle with it’s own beach. Great for families, but big enough you can find a quiet spot if you want some peace. Beautiful location.

Our first experience of The Rixos was perfect. The accommodation, service, staff and food were first class and we have already recommended this to friends who will be visiting later this year. The hotel gives families a 5 star luxury holiday in every aspect and made our stay extra special as we were celebrating our honeymoon and a child's birthday all at once. Peaceful paradise, fine dining, flexible options for little ones and idyllic location for a true Palm experience.

A wonderful experience that was thoroughly enjoyed by the family ( two children age 9/12). The food in the buffet, Italian and Steak restaurant are all lovely. We split our time between all 3 and for lunch we tended to go the Aqua restaurant where Kay looked after us very well. The staff in the hotel are all super friendly and helpful. We shall be returning soon!

Really great family holiday. It was hard to book the restaurants and most of the sun loungers around the pool were taken very early so it feels like you need more capacity in parts of the hotel. The building site next to the hotel was a surprise to us and our bedroom was next to it so we could hear lorries at 7am but in spite of that we enjoyed our break.

Our suite was lovely and very clean. The food was excellent especially in the turkish buffet and a la carte restaurants. The people are fantastic whether at reception, cleaning rooms, in the restaurants and the lifeguards on the beach were very helpful when my son cut his foot and then the nurse took great care of him for the remainder of our stay. The only improvement we suggest is more sun loungers on the beach. People were really struggling to find them.

The Rixos meets your every need. From the moment of arrival we were treated like royalty by all the staff who can't do enough for you. Our room was fabulous with a marvellous sea view. The dining and beverages are first class. The al a carte restaurants are wonderful. The fitness classes are superb. A special mention to Usman Malik on reception who went over and beyond his role to make our stay special. We were returning customers and will definitely be staying with you again in the future.

Staff are amazing, everyone always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was fantastic! Couple of small suggestions - charging 35 aed for a small bowl of mashed potato as a side in toro, really? The family suite was amazing, so much space for our family of four. Scent in the room would have been a nice additional touch to keep the rooms smelling fresh. Better quality towels would be better too, the brown pool towels were more luxurious.

We are a family of 5 and three different generations. We stayed All-Inclusive from 3rd February to 10th February in a 3 bedroomed apartment. Our only complaint was, that when we arrived at the hotel at 3am we were given an apartment next to building works, which were extremely noisy from 7am. We complained and after hanging around all morning, we had to pack up and change apartments. Why was this? If there was another 3 bedroomed apartment empty then why weren't we given that and saved all the fuss and extra work for ourselves and your staff? You must have realised that guests could not remain in that noisy apartment and enjoy their holiday.
