decent, with caveats. It is outside of the city, but still have to pay for parking. Room was not fully checked before giving it to me as the TV channels were not available. Eventually I got another room. Welcome drink was nice.

Don’t advertise your hotel has EV chargers if your customers can’t get them to work and you don’t offer assistance

Your EV chargers - apparently - only operate with a special card, that I didn’t have. I would have expected you to provide a service, for example by having a few of those cards available for your guests, and then charge them via the hotel bill. Instead all ‘service’ you gave me is saying sorry, the chargers are run by an external company and not our responsibility. What you should not do is advertise your hotel having chargers and then letting your guests down.

Convenient Hotel with good service and friendly staff. After take-over from Ramada some modifications were done that make the hotel more attractive than before. Some modifications are still necessary though.
