On the site of ALL - Accor it is mentioned that the staf spoke dutch but when I arrived and was leaving no one at the desk spoke dutch. But the desk did help mee get my room-service ordered because no one at the restaurant was picking up the phone.

Bedroom too noisy (like a wind tunnel noise). Excellent breakfast. Not aware of the charge for the parking.

The hotel was somewhat disappointing. Clean but terribly outdated, definetly needs updating to modern standards. Our stay was of course affected negatively by the pandemic, so no blame in general. The breakfast was poor not the usual Mercure standard. The previous night we stayed at the Novotel in Colmar, which despite corona was a very positive experience.

Decent stay under the current circumstances

Hard to fully enjoy any stay given the current COVID restrictions but that is not the hotel's fault. Good: welcoming staff, easy check in, easy checkout, clean room, happy to have Nespresso machine, 5 eur Accor member voucher for goodies Bad: room location next to service elevator, no bathrobes despite having booked superior room, empty shower gel dispenser, empty mini bar despite superior room, breakfast bag incomplete (no scramble eggs and bacon as listed on menu), expensive parking (this is Liège afterall, in most Mercure hotel parking is free after validation...)

Location is and staff for restaurant and housekeeping are generally friendly and efficient. The front desk though was far from being friendly. My ALL status was not immediately recognised and when I reminded him it felt as if a drink voucher is a charity to me. The linens for beddings are clean but unbelievably poor. They remind me of hostel linens. The worst part of our stay was when the hot water was not running for the most part of the morning on 6 Oct. We called the front desk and were first told that it was being fixed but no timeline was given. Almost two hours later we called again for any updates which were none, but we were promised a follow-up call. That didn't happen. We called again half an hour later only to be given no information whatsoever, but the tone we got was that WE, not the fact that boiler broke up, were a nuisance. Despite feeling extraordinary refreshed after a cold shower in autumn, we were not impressed.

We tried to do it quickly but then the city turn off the gaz without informing us. So it was difficult to give an idea of a timeline. Well locate but difficult to find travelling by car as the sign is not really visible from rue Saint Leonard.

I have stayed at the property in previous years and was generally satisfied. My expectation rose following the Mercure takeover, but found the standard had fallen since my last visit. Understanding that some services were limited by Covid restrictions, but this was no excuse for the several small deficiencies in the room. My subsequent stay at the Mercure Mulhouse was markedly better.

Very good location, close to the city centre. Nice hotel. Staff wes very friendly. Breakfast was up to the expectations, considering the restricts due to Covid19. Nice and clean room, only the mattress felt a little hard. Bathroom was OK as well.

I did not stay in this hotel but in another one in Brusseld and yet I have been charged for it. I have called and sent an email and did not have any feedback. Please come back to me on this point ASAP !!!!

Taxi driver from Guilemins station did not know where the hotel was. The hotel gave the impression of having seen better days as a Ramada Plaza with slightly tired fixtures and fittings (bathroom, carpets, etc.) The TV gave German, French and UK stations on the first day, Belgian and Dutch stations the next two. The reception said they had been having problems with the TV for some time but couldn't put thing right. Bar/restauant excellent and staff generally good.

The service of the hotel was great and helped me solve all problems I got. The light of the bath room didn´t work and I was moved to the next room. Hot water took very long to warm up (it was around 9 pm). The room was far below Mercure standards. Restaurant was excellent. Parking convenient. Perfect location.
