Voordelig verblijf. Schoon. Geen fraai uitzicht. Ongezellig restaurant, waar veel plaats is voor veel mensen. Eenvoudig en smakeloos ontbijtbuffet, tekort en te weinig personeel in piekmomenten. Gezellige bar, maar ook hier tekort personeel voor aantal klanten. Centraal gelegen en voor doorstroomhotel prima. Klimaatcontrole is ook prettig.fitnessruimte is oké. Eenvoudig in en uitzoeken. Wel vooruitbetalen (heb ik niet eerder hoeven doen).

Unfortunately we are experiencing a lack of staff due to the Covid-19 which is not only occurring in the Netherlands. This off course should never be the reason of a lack of service and I do apologies for this. aardige mensen, Kamer klein met weinig loopruimte aan weerszijden van bed.Weinig bergruimte in badkamer. Eten lekker. Erg vervelend en lastig was dat je niet vanuit de kamer met de receptie kon bellen maar vanuit de gang verderop.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I am sorry to her that you were not happy with the size of our room. Are standard room, which you had is 20m2 and in case our guests prefer a bigger room we also have a superior room available which is 28m2. Our rooms are indeed not equipped anymore with a phone. We have chosen for this options because of Covid-19 and the fact that almost everybody has a mobile phone nowadays. Again my sincere apologies for the discomfort this caused you. Our rooms are not fitted with an AC but with a ventilation climate control system which our guests can control with the white knob controller on the wall. An explanation is written in the inside of your card key holder. My apologies you were not informed properly. In the weekend our breakfast time is from 07:00 till 11:00 hours and our hot items are filled continuously. My apologies is this as not been done adequately. I will inform our chef about this. Again my sincere apologies. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Alles was netjes en goed onderhouden, heel schoon en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed en er lagen genoeg rollen toiletpapier. Heerlijk bed en een mooie badkamer.

Wij hebben genoten,mooie kamer,badkamer was perfect, ontbijt goed en diner super gegeten,.de kokkin had super goed haar best gedaan,super vriendelijke bediening,de twee jonge mannen overdag waren zeer gezellig en tijd om een praatje te maken,zeer behulpzaam, en gunstige ligging met de bus naar de floriade 👍👍
