The workers doesn't have good experience on how to treat the platinum customers! Rooms are so small, There was a problem in the window. It took so long time to check in, and the room was not same of the booking, so i have to change the room again. The parking is so small so the car didn't fit inside it. No upgrade was granted to the room type, even there was an availability on the website! So the worker in the reception lied and said that there is no availability! I don’t understand that kind of lies! Does they think the customers are stupid or what ??!! The breakfast was good for an Ibis.

You had booked a twin room with two separate beds and it is this room that you occupied in our establishment, namely room 304. You could not be upgraded because indeed there were no more large rooms in which to assign you in order to have two separate beds. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority and we are sorry to have failed in this rule. 25 minutes for check in .0no line up , just me guy in front desk , was unable to do it , and also unable to provide the invoice small rooms , impossible to changes the temperature in the room , night was too too hot , impossible to sleep , and if you open the window, the noise from the street is horrible . very bad experience
