The hotel was located in a perfect spot, reachable from train station as well as to the beach and pier. Breakfast was also fully loaded although the place could have been properly arranged. Always there was a waiting time for breakfast

Beautiful interior, the personel was very service minded and the food was excellent. My stay would have been perfect if there was a bathtub in the bathroom instead of a shower (none available) but I really enjoyed my stay.

We had an upgraded room on the first floor. I was very disappointed that the room we were staying in did not have the proper window, it only had the window overlooking the restaurant. The room was very dark with no natural light. On top of it the room did not have good lights . At least I would expect lots of lamps, downlights to lighten up the room. I have never stayed in the 5 star hotel (even 4 star) with no window. I paid extra money for the upgrade but had no idea I have to ask "does the room has a window?" Great location, very nice service but the rooms are very depressing.

Having stayed at the Rezydent on numerous occasions with family and via our family's business, I was surprised to see that the hotel had undergone a refresh - which was very much appreciated and welcomed. The common areas are brighter and more contemporary, and while the previous decor was classic and comfortable, the hotel benefits greatly from this. Our interactions with your staff were extremely positive, and all of the team were hospitable, accommodating and friendly. We also are very pleased to note that the breakfasts are still of a very high quality and that a number of individual touches remain - a small gift of amber soap (amber a local symbol of the area) was appreciated.

Absolutely no 5* experience! Price/quality a bad joke!

They charged me almost 200 Euro a night for a room with a shower with a clogged drain, so I had to stop showering to prevend that the whole bathroom would flood. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. So taking a shower was not possible in this 5 star hotel!!! Also the toilet was not screwed properly to the floor. For almost 200 Euro a night in a 5 star hotel, I expect much better!

Our stay was super nice, the stuff was very kind, they asked couple of times what we need, our dogs were very happy as well :) and the lady from Cleaning team did not charge us for the stains on the carpet, thanks !

A very dissatisfied stay, no 5 stars experience

The building and the room looked nice. But the restaurant was to small to serve breakfast for all, so people had to wait. I appreciated the welcome gift (fresh fruit). But the bathroom was very disappointing. The drain in the shower was clogged. So I had to turn off the water to prevent that the bathroom would flood. Than there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower! The toilet was not well connected to the floor (a bit shaking if you sit on it). And the toilet paper was very coarse and thin. I paid almost 200 euro for a night. For that price I expect much better! This was absolutely not 5 stars worthy!!

Nicely located hotel. Nice decoration and friendly staff. Good stay at the hotel, we appreciated our time there. Few points for improvement potentially : - breakfast room is great but in fact a bit small. It is a bit unpleasant when you are never sure to have a table for all your family (5 people). Maybe few more tables could be added ? - room cleaning could be more efficient or have more staff. It is unpleasant when you are back at 3 pm and find your room not yet done. I believe 5 stars standard should mean room cleaning done in the morning in any case…

Butifull hotel with gret location. Unfortunatley the rooms was not clear for us befor 2 houers after check inn time. The reception staff was ok, the bar/ resaurant staff was great.
