Rooms are nice Room service for food not good, got a cold stale bread with no butter and minimal filling on my sandwiches

Stayed here overnight while helping our daughter move into uni accommodation. Location was great as it was literally next door to accommodation. Pleasantly surprised by quality of the hotel in terms of room size and fittings.

On check in we were greeted by two very friendly and helpful members of staff. Our room was the best I have ever stayed in, it was immaculate with an outstanding view and excellent facilities. It was such a surprise as prior to arrival my expectations were not high as I have avoided Novatel’s due to mediocre experience many many years ago. My opinion has been completely changed by the Novatel Liverpool Paddington Village. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay and superb service.

Nice hotel

I would not stay again was woken up by phone and staff knocking on my door at 5am in the morning, due to maintenance problem,was not connected to our room.we could not get back to sleep, at 7am decided to have a shower no water, I phoned down staff came up with a key for room opposite, not ideal.I also think staff need training on people skills as communication with us not very good didn't inform us they was turning water off.
