The hotel is nice and new , the area is near the airport but never felt the airport noise at all , its little away from the heart of muscat but has good access to muscat by the express way which gives access to all locations easily The hotel itself is still new so everything is still in shape but i feel that it is understaffed ( qty not quality )e.g you have to sign that there is no life guard and you are going to the pool under your own risk and also normally you will wait for most of your requests for some time but the team is supportive and polite Reception was quick mr.Mina and Mr kotb , breakfast was limited

The service is so bad. When you ask for something, you will be waiting for more than 30 min.

I always get straggled with the receptionists on getting my card privileges but not with Mr Mina. He is a plus for the hotel. Smooth and always seeking the customer satisfactions.

We stayed at room 116-117. It was a good stay with family, however some fixtures in the room are not working like reading lamp both in headboard and table are not working. The charging socket not working. No electric iron available, all of these are in room 116. Hope everything will be fixed. Over all it was okay.

It was indeed a good stay. Staff is so helpful with veey good customer service. His name is Mr. Kholeta. The pool is very good for aduts but too deep for children to swim. Hotel is very clean.

Overall a good experience, new facility with fast access to the airport despite the long distance. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Dinner buffet was good but a little pricey for a family of 5.

Excellent option to stay while visiting Muscat in Oman. I strongly recommend as you will not be disappointed. Friendly atmosphere with great service. Rooms are clean, elegant and new. Bedsheets, pillow, and room in general is very comfortable. Restaurant provide a well sorted variety of local and international dishes. It’s a great option, and close to airport, for your stay in Muscat. And say hello to Minah (frond desk manager) who´s very helpful to get you around Muscat.

Unexpected Service with irresponsibility

I am a regular customer to your Novotel Hotel in Muscat. I had had a terrible experience and very rude customer service from your front desk team. I arrived at at 5pm and was given my rooms after almost 1 hour and I found them not cleaned and serviced (Attached Photos. Then they offered me other rooms after 30 minutes. I kept in calling the operator to get some missing stuff in the room (e.g towels and slippers) and waited around 1 hour with no action and at 12am at night I arrived and kept in calling the operators to get these items but no one answered. Then I went to the desk and spoken to the person (Nasser) but he was dealing in a very bad manner without giving attention to my requests. This is not acceptable at all and these bad reactions MUST change.

Good value, not really an airport hotel

If a hotel calls itself an airport hotel it should have a shuttle service from and to the hotel from the airport. We spent as much money on the taxi back and forth as we did on the room. Outside of that the hotel itself was good value for the money.

They have no clue about your All-accord customer program :((((( . Welcoming very bad :(( . I was staying in this Hotel when it was Rotana and after it is changed to NOVOTEL became very Rute staff No one is taking care of customer . NO understanding need of customer and more they are annoying the customer like there is no one there waiting. And as I have mentioned they have no idea about your ALL-ACCORD privilege Programm and I was there as Diamond customer :(((((((( and this was my second time this happened again ( October was the previous one ) same bad services and altitude. Especially Night Shift :(((((((

we stayed 2 nights with my family including 2 children and we had a very good time. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the staff is very caring and hotel well located to visit the city. We even get a chocolate cake to celebrate the birthday of my sister in law.
