The room we stayed bad and not clean I ask them to organize for many things for honey moon settings, they answer just we have this. Usually in any hotel in the world know I have honey moon do upgrade to make my experience great

I loved Saray Resort. Hotel, facility, swimming pool, access to beach, room, all were great. However, the management of the Resort is way below the standard of Fairmont. First and for most, I was not welcomed as All Accor member. The GM of the hotel Mr. Sabohi (i think that's his name) was very unprofessional. They wanted to charge me more than the rate i made my original reservation on from All Accor website. He was not up to the level of the hotel. The breakfast experience was VERY BAD. I have never seen a 5 star Resort use a menu during breakfast, with only 2 waitresses available! Was a complete disaster, everyone was shouting with waiting time to receive the breakfast more than 45min!. Also, the hotel does not honor their own offers! On the swimming pool, there a sign said 15 BHD for hooka and unlimited Moroccan tea and baklava, yet when I asked for the offer, they told me it expired Dec 2021! Then why you have it on each table on the swimming pool! Despite what mentioned above, I extended my stay at Saray for 1 more day because I loved the facility. But even with the extension, the GM tried to give me a price that was 30% more than what I got from All Accor website and tried to sway me from reserving through the website. You guys need to educate your staff on how to treat clients who are coming and paying high $$$$. Every time I come to the reception, I see people complain about thr service and the management. You ca view the cams on the reception and you will understand what I am talking about. There is no quick check-out or check-in for All Accor members, and no any complementary upgrade or early/late check in/out. I am a ling IHG member and I get exceptional treatment from them and I wouldn't expect anything less from All Accor. When I asked by friends regarding the Saray Resort, I tell them great resort but bad management. I would like also to thank Hind from the reciption, all the valet and concierge team, and Khalid, Emad, Islam, and Saleem from the swimming pool team. They were so nice, ensured my satisfaction and that I would have a pleasant experience and stay.

There no activities for kids and also for adults No facilities available just your room, a pool and small beach The breakfast was horrible it was set menu not buffet There is no value for the price paid It is not resort its just like a hostel
