Not worth the money

- parking had been reserved but ended up not being available - had to wait for 30mins before our luggage was delivered to the room even though we had already left it at the hotel in the morning before we were able to access the room. Had to chase reception several times - Spa slots need to be booked and can only « book » 1hour. Arrived at the Spa 30mins late because I had to wait for the luggage and was told at the Spa that I was very late for my slot and that I only had little time left. Calling yourself a Spa Hotel and then chasing after clients to maintain their slot is inacceptable. This is exactly the opposite of what one is trying to achieve when booking a Spa Hotel.

But please note that spa slots are in place just for your confort, because with no slots, and with the week-end occupation you will have 60 persons at the same time in the spa that is less confortable for you.
