Poor Stay

Room was ok- today but looks worn. Service at the desk was poor, the key wouldn’t work, had to visit reception 4 times. The multi-storey car park was the worst I have have ever visited. Incredibly sharp bends on the exit ramps. Managed to damp my bumper on the high kerb and both sharp bends. Clear evident on the concrete kerbs and walls that I am not he first to have suffered damage.

I was disconcerted that my Expedia reservation did not seem to have gotten to the front desk. But the staff member did a good job of sorting it out. But it would have been more comfortable if my name was known, especially had this been a time of overbooking.

Good hotel for a short stay

The hotel itself is very convenient for Heathrow T5 and the rooms are better than I expected for this Budget hotel. The only downside really was the external noise, the hotel is on a business park with a number of operations working throughout the night which, if your room is on the same side as the passing road, means a lot of noise throughout the night with trucks passing by. I would suggest that the fix is would to replace the windows with more soundproofed frames so you can get a good nights rest.

We arrived after a particularly trying journey and were very tired. Staff were helpful and room was a pleasant surprise. For what we paid it was extremely good value. Very clean and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. We slept like babies. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean Hotal, staff helpful. Only snag when it says shuttle bus to airport, doesnt mention only Terminal 5. Bit chaotic ordering compensation taxi. But ok if they have closer to Terminal 2.

Truly awful. Facility would be OK if staff would clean rooms, fix faulty items and answer the phone.

Arrived 11pm tired from a long day & flight from Bulgaria. Reception; no record of reservation, which was made direct with Accor. Showed them confirmation. Requested quiet room close to elevator. Went up pulling numerous items of heavy luggage, annoyed to find the room was furthest possible distance from elevator, literally the very last room in the wing. Shrugged it off bc it was just 1 night before travelling home to Bermuda. Opened the door, dismayed to find used linen on bed and crumpled towels in bathroom. Returned to reception angry about my welcome, feeling tired and resentful about dragging my bags around the long corridors once more. Expressed my frustration, receptionist apologised and allocated new room closer to elevator and thankfully clean. She also offered a drink which I gratefully accepted. Now more than ready to crash out and finally sleep, it was a cold night in early March and the room felt chilly. When I tried to adjust the heating, I discovered no power to the unit. Looked for a phone to call reception to fix, but there are no phones in the rooms. Too tired to pursue it, I left my sweatshirt on for warmth and crashed out until morning. Then called the hotel from my cell, so that the heating could be resolved, I didn't want to shower in the cold. The phone rang and rang. Tried 3 calls before I sighed and threw on some trousers, heading to breakfast with no shower. Reported the heating direct to reception, and they tried to resolve. He said he would allocate me a separate room for my shower, but the only available superior room also had a faulty unit and I'd need to use a budget room on a different floor. He denied phone had rang so I called number right then to prove it was ringing. Breakfast was the worst I've had in years - cheap, heavily processed foods and slovenly attendant, told him coffee machine needed emptying he just pressed the override button leaving problem for someone else. Took chilly shower in my room and couldn't wait to leave.

It was a great check in was told everything by the front desk staff, I asked them about the shuttle bus timetable and they’ve provided me one. And asked if they would drop me directly to the terminal and which they did so it was a perfect stay.

The accommodation was fine but the bus transfer never arrived nearly making me miss my flight in fact I'll be made the flight because I shared a Uber with a fellow guest

Surprised and satisfied. Booked a last minute budget hotel due to unexpected changes in travel plans. Expected something like a travel lodge and were very surprised to find a proper hotel rather than lodge. The rooms were clean, warm and well equipped, including coffee making facilities. The breakfast included so much choice and the bar food in the evening was good. The staff were so helpful, whatever we asked for they provided, including sending out for food if required. Would stay there every time I fly from Heathrow in the the future.

Stayed the night before our flight at T5. Easy to get to and very close to the terminal. Room was basic but nice, very clean too. TV has a cool function where you can connect your device, which allowed us to watch Netflix. Staff were friendly and helpful. We could see planes landing from our window, which was fun!

First impressions go a long way, they didn’t fall short here. The young receptionists were spot on, happy to help and very polite. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but I wish I had. When we had an issue with the toilet because they had no one available to attend they moved us to another room without any delay. If there is one thing that we thought was a negative was the cost of the food in the bar…£14 for Mac and cheese is an awful lot of money to pay. Overall a good experience.

Terrible food, dirty linen, but friendly staff

My original room was unacceptable as the previous guest had been smoking in it, the lady at reception kindly swapped me to another room. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, burnt and heated in a microwave (gourmet burger) The bed linen in my room was dirty and smelled of stale sweat, clearly not washed from previous guests. Pillows were hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. I had a very poor nights sleep. Staff however were polite, friendly and helpful
