Very poor experience

The hotel called on Tuesday to say I would have to leave the following day to some "maintenance" taking place even though my booking was until Friday.. This was allegedly sudden. People were being kicked out and no alternative accommodation was offered to most. Guests were left to find their own accommodation for a lot more expensive prices than Ibis was originally booked for.

When I arrived at the hotel it was closed and my reservation was cancelled. I didn’t receive any email with this information. The staff at the reception couldn’t even relocate me to another hotel.

Good location and is accessible from motorway, no food options on site which is a shame and booked a family room but only had a double bed and nothing for little one, good thing brought travel cot with us incase no bed in room
