Slow check in Horrible elevators Smoking smelling rooms nice view on the city but the glasses are so dirty that you don’t see it Breakfast is so disappointing for 5stars hotel Check out is nightmare, they blocked almost twice the price of the room as pre authorization on payment, and they deduct the full amount during check out , I had to call and send emails many times before they send me the money back. Lot of work needed to call it a 5stars by Accor

First of All I would like to thanks to Youcef who was so kind & very professional. But overall the service was not very well. For check in we have waited for more than 1 hour as the room was not ready it was Youcef who handled it very well. In cafeteria there wasn’t any one who can serve us the coffee it was Youcef who arranged everything. Also at check out time the experience was very bad as there was issue in the system. When I have booked the hotel the price was 37000 DA including tax but at check out time they have asked to pay 44000 without any explanation. It was very bad experience and it took 30 minutes as the printer machine was not working. Then our taxi man came again to take the hotel bill . My overall experience was very bad except Youcef. I will rate it a 2 star hotel .

Very bad experience, services is degraded! Except personal of reception ( Zakaria and others) and personal of restaurant. The price is room is very expensive, breakfast not good
